Lara's POV
I haven't heard from Harry in three days. I don't understand why either. From what I thought we had a nice talk about our family. But now he disappears and hasn't responded to any texts or calls.
Jamie and I are supposed to be going to the mall on this nice Friday. We have school off for today because it's Christopher Columbus Day. Then we have off again on Monday because the teachers have a meeting day. So I'm waiting out on the front porch for Jamie to pick me up. She was supposed to be here ten minutes ago.
After waiting five more minutes, Jamie finally pulls up.
I get into the passenger seat and she immediately starts to ramble on about how sorry she is for being late, that she over slept and then Louis called and a bunch of other shit I didn't really care about hearing."What store first?" Jamie asks
"I don't know. Just pick one." Instantly I feel bad about the tone of voice I said that in to her.
"What's your problem grumpy gills?"
"Harry just disappeared off the face of the earth. It's been three days since I heard from him."
"Oh well I just talked to Louis on the phone and I heard all the guys in the background. I'm pretty sure he's at the frat house." She tells me as we walk into Forever21.
"Thanks Jamie." I say sarcastically.
"Welcome."
We grab a couple outfits to try on and head to the dressing room.
When we step out to see each other's 2nd outfit, Jamie's phone rings. She puts re finger up for me to wait.
"Hey sweetie." She coos into the phone. That must mean it's Louis.
"Um..I don't know. I'm with Lara."
"Uh yeah hold on let me ask her."
She turns to face me, "Lara, would you mind if Louis joined us?"
I shook my head no and she jumped with joy. She must really like him.
After they hung up, she informed me he'll be here in 5 minutes and that we're supposed to meet him at the Starbucks at the other end of the mall.We both decide to get the first outfit we tried on, paid for it, and rushed out of the store with a couple odd glances.
"Is Harry going to be with him?" I question.
"He didn't say so." She responds.
I nod and keep walking.
We finally make our way to the furthest Starbucks and find Louis sitting at a small table with only two chairs. He has two other drinks he bought, besides the one he's drinking.
He glances up from his phone and spots us. He quickly pulls another chair to our table and hugs Jamie. I guess they're a cute couple.
"How are you ladies?"
"Great now that I'm with you." Jamie says.
"Thanks Jamie." I snort and she laughs.
Louis pushes the two other drinks towards us.
"Awe thanks babe." Jamie says and kisses his cheek.
I just grab it and start drinking as I slump back in my chair.
"What's wrong Lara?" Louis asks me.
"Oh I don't know. Why don't you tell me what's wrong with Harry." I snap.
"Well why don't you go ask him yourself?" He points behind me.I turn around and see Harry over by the fountain talking to some girl with bright hair.
I whip around and face Louis,"who's that girl?"
"Her names Carly. She's quite a whore if you ask me." He sips from his drink.
I abruptly stand from my chair, throw my drink away, and make my way over to them. As I'm walking up to him he leans over and kisses her."Oh so this is why you couldn't respond to me?" I say quite loudly to him.
He turns around, "Lara.."
"Don't Lara me. You're a cheating bastard."
"I'm a cheater? Please explain to me how I cheated on you if there never even was anything between us." He glares.
Carly steps next to him, and links their arms while she smirks at me.
"Come on babe, let's go." She says and tugs on his arm.
I stand there dumb founded. After they leave me standing there, Jamie and Louis come to my side.
"What happened?" They both questioned.
"Nothing. There was nothing even between us anyway." I say and start to walk away.
Louis runs up to my side and gives me a little hug, "Look Lara, harry isn't the one for relationship."
"Then what do you call him and that slut?" And with that I stomp away and shop on my own for a while, hoping not to run into Harry anymore today.
