We all say in a circle. My cub Khali lays at my feet. He looks exactly like Nuka.

Kiara and Kovu walk through our circle and get blessed by Rafiki. Then they stand by Simba and Nala. They all roar. Then we all roar.

I forgave Simba for Nuka's death. He told me he had no intention of hurting him. It was just an accident. He loved his Nephew. I was happy for Kovu. I understood he did nothing to hurt Nuka. So I held nothing against him. Simba and Kovu played uncle for Khali. They helped me while I went to hunt. All of us former outlanders bodies had filled out. We no longer starved. We had mourned Zira. But we knew she would have brought us down.

We loved our new home. We had a purpose. We no longer had to fight for food. We had a reason to live..
