Carson's POV
*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
I showed Olive the book and she broke down just like the girls and I did. I'm not really sure if I'm going to stay here tonight. I might take Kanning up on that offer of staying at his place. I was outside looking at nothing really and someone touched my shoulder which scared me a little.
"Sorry, you okay?" Kanning asked me and I shook my head no.
"Yeah that was a dumb question. Are you going to stay here tonight?" He asked me and I shook my head no.
"Nah, I'm taking you up on that offer. I just can't be here tonight. I don't want to spend the night crying and hearing the girls cry." I explained to him and he hugged me saying it's okay.
We went into the house and I told everyone bye because I was tired and needed to rest. Kanning and I got in his car and drove to his house. When we got there I took off my seatbelt and he turned off the car and opened the door for me.
"Thank you. I'll get my bag. You can get the suitcase." I said like he wasn't going to already. His mom's car was in the garage along with his dad's. His house is huge well a lot of houses here are but yeah. Its nice. As you walk in the livingroom is to your left and a table for keys and stuff is to your right. Jerry and Sasha, Kanning's brother and mom were watching Catfish the tv show.
"Where's dad?" Kanning asked them and they both shrugged not even looking our way.
"Hey guys." I said and they both turned to me.
"Hi Carson, honey. Come here. We've missed you around here. I heard what happened. I'm sorry for your loss. Just know you're welcome here anytime." Kanning's mom said while hugging me. She let go of me and gave me a sad smile.
"Thank you Sasha. That means a lot. Plus, I can never stay away from you guys, you're like my second family." I told her honestly. I love my family in Florida but Minnesota is my home. Jerry hugged me and for the second time in my life I hugged him back. I'm not too fond of his hands on my body.
"Sorry about what happened. You'll get through it. If you ever need a shoulder to cry on I'm here for you." He said and I took his hands off my lower back.
"Thanks but no thanks. Maybe if you weren't so... you I would." I said then went to their kitchen while Kanning brought my stuff up to his room. I was in the fridge looking for food then found nothing I wanted except diet coke. I closed the fridge and jumped because I saw Chelsea standing in front of me.
"Ch-Chelsea. What? How?" I said and she just looked at me like she was trying to make sense of something. Things started shaking and her expression changed into anger.
"Why would he do that?! Why would he do that Carson?!" She yelled and a glass almost fell and broke but I caught it just before it fell.
"Carson, is everything okay in there?!" Kanning's mom called to me from the living room.
"Yes everything is fine! No worries!" I yelled back and Chelsea was still angry but realized that she was causing the things to shake and she calmed down a bit.
"What is it? Why'd who do what, Chelsea?"
"Why'd he kill me?! I wasn't ready to die! He killed me Carson! Oliver killed me by that river! He saw me there...and killed me." She said and I felt my heart stop momentarily.
"Why would you say that? He didn't kill you. You killed yourself. They said you did it to yourself." I said to her and she shook her head no.
Everything around us disappeared and suddenly we were by the river. I saw Chelsea sitting there with a blade in her hand crying.
