Carson's POV

"Hey, sis what's up?" Bryce said as I was entering the lunchroom.

"Nothing much Bryce. How have you been? I haven't spoken to you in a long time." I said then waved to Hayden who was at Bryce's table.

"I've been good. I haven't seen you either that's the only reason why I'm talking to you right now." He said and I glared at him.

"You're an awesome brother for that. You're supposed to check up on me regardless. I'm your little sister."

"Yeah I know but I have other important stuff to do. How about you come sit with us?" Bryce said as he took my bag and my food over to his table.

"You didn't even make me answer." I said and one of his friends pulled out a chair for me.

"Thank you." I said with a smile.

"I know I didn't let you answer because it was more of a demand. Okay so, going around the table from your right we have Owen, Jenn, Cassidy, Grey, James, Paul, Maddy, and Charles. Everyone, this is Carson my sister." Bryce said and I waved.

"It's nice to meet you Carson." Maddy said and Jenn agreed while Cassidy nodded with a smile.

"You too." I said then began to eat. When I was about to finish my food my phone started to vibrate and I saw it was Oliver.

"Excuse me." I said and got up and went out back to the open lunch area.

"Hello?" I said as I sat under a tree.

"Hey babe. How are you?" He said and I wanted to roll my eyes.

"Good. How's Zoey and Brent?" I asked not really caring how he is right now.

"They're good. You seem mad. What's wrong?" You're a cheating @sshole that's what. You haven't called me in days that's what.

"Nothing. Where are you? Don't you have school?" I asked him avoiding his question.

"Yes but I wasn't feeling too good so I went home. Are you sure you're okay?"

"No of course not. Do you remember what you told me the second day we were together? When I walked in your room and called you a sex god and stuff. Do you remember that?" I said and he took a deep breath.

"I remember that day a bit but I don't remember what I said." I shook my head and rolled my eyes.

"You said you want our relationship to last a long time with trust and truth." I reminded him and looked around.

"Ohhh. What about that?"

"I found out that trust comes with truth. If you trust someone the lies they tell won't be recognized. You think it's the truth when it's just a bunch of crap." I said and a single tear left my eye.

"What are you talking about?"

"You lied to me. You lied to my face. I let you have another chance. I thought hey maybe he's legit and won't screw up again. I let you in my house and you lied to me. I'm so stupid. I fell head over heels for you. Someone I thought would never ever lie to me." I said and my voice was shaking because I didn't want to cry.

"Carson, what are you talking about? I love you. When did I lie to you?" I can't believe this.

"My brothers felt a bit iffy about you. Turns out they were right. I got all the proof that I need. My mom, Victoria, she said I should listen to my heart and what my heart wants is nothing to do with your lying ass." I said and all I felt was anger and hurt.
