.Haynes' POV

."I don't care if the school doesn't want to open for the next three days. They can do whatever the hell they want." I said in a bored tone.
"They're making excuses. Nobody in that damn school knew Chelsea so I don't see why they're all sad." Ash added on.
"Literally nobody but us knew her. It's true what they say, you become famous when you die. Everyone just shows up huh?" I said and Olive looked at me as if she was disagreeing with us.
"That's no way to talk about the matter at hand. It's out of respect for Chelsea that they're doing this. Be grateful for this. I raised you better than to be this way about something especially this. It's hard but just be thankful." Olive said and both of us stayed quiet.
The doorbell rang right when Ash was going to say something. We looked at each other then I got up to answer the door. I looked through the peephole and saw cops. I opened the door and the detective was Ms.Villa, the one assigned to Chelsea's case.
"Hey Detective Villa. How are you?" I asked because she has had to deal with me quite a few times in the past, #Rebelliousteen.
"Hello Haynes, I should be asking you that question. Is Olive home?" I nodded and invited them in and to the kitchen. Olive was looking confused along with Ash.
"Hello Olive, Ash. We wanted to know if Bree Shaw was home. We have a warrant for her arrest along with Oliver Tyler. They're wanted for the murder of Chelsea." My heart dropped and I looked at her thinking that was a joke.
Ash was sitting on the counter and he started laughing. "What type of sick joke is that detective? Bree wouldn't do that no matter how much we hate her she just couldn't have. Chelsea was the only one who didn't cut that bixch off."
"Watch your mouth!" Olive said and he shrugged.
"Unfortunately this isn't a joke. We got an anonymous tip that Bree and Oliver murdered Chelsea. Are they here?" Detective Villa asked and I got mad.
" They left over half an hour ago. She never says where she's going she just leaves." Olive explained to them. I sent a text to Carson.
'Chels was killed by B & O. Detective V came looking for them. Do you know where they are?' Literally in that second I got a reply.
Carson: 'Yes. They're here. They want to kill me. Help!'
"They're in trouble. Get backup. Bree and Oliver are trying to kill Carson. We gotta go." I said and the cops and Detective Villa along with Ash and I ran out the door.
"Have her send me her location Haynes." Detective Villa said I did. Carson also sent it to me.
"We're gonna need backup at The Peek, armed teens wanted for murder. I repeat we need backup at The Peek." One of the cops said and got in their car and started driving.
"Haynes and Ash you shouldn't come along. We don't know how armed they are."
"I can assure you that we'll be okay. Carson is our sister and Kanning is our bro. We're going. I'm driving and we'll meet you there."
"Be careful boys!" Olive shouted to us from the house and we told her we would be alright. Both of us drive off after the detective.
"What if we don't get there in time?" Ash said and I looked at him then back at the road.
"Don't say that. We'll get there. They'll be okay." I hope.

.Olive's POV
.
.
.I shut the door and went upstairs to Chelsea's old room. My eyes began to water and my heart got heavy. I was supposed to be the mother they never had and look, one child is dead and the other had a hand in killing her. I sat down on the bed and looked around the now half empty room.
I wiped away my tears but more fell down my cheeks. I know this wasn't my fault but it just reminds me of my own child dying. Yes Chelsea was my child by law but years ago I had a baby of my own and she got a rare sickness and passed away due to the lack of treatment. Doctors never knew how to handle her symptoms so they tried everything they could but it was her time to go. After her death her father was too upset to stay with me. After I realized that I couldn't hold on to memories I started to adopt kids and that filled the hole a bit.
"Olive?" I turned to see Kayde at the door.
"What is it honey?" I asked her and she came and sat next to me.
"Do you think Chels is okay? I really miss her. I sometimes have dreams about her and wake up but she's not here." A tear left her eyes and I hugged her.
"Of course she's okay. As for the dreams they're just because you're worried about her. She's just letting you know she's alright and happy now. Everything will be okay, nothing to worry about."
"Alright, thanks Olive." She said and wiped away her tears.
"I love you Kayde. You can talk to me or anyone in this house about anything, alright?" I reassured her and she nodded.
"I love you too Olive. You're the best mom ever. You can talk to any of us as well." We laughed then got up and left Chelsea's room.
Kayde went downstairs to watch TV and I went to my room and finished looking up things for the funeral and the dinner after that. I hope the kids are alright.
