Carson's POV

"You're sure you don't want a ride?" Zack said and I nodded.

"I'm sure. I don't want to be any trouble. Get home safely. Later Trey." I said to them and they got in their ride and drove away. I looked around and smiled. I'm finally home in Minnesota. I was too distracted by my surroundings and I didn't hear someone talking to me.

"Huh?" I said and turned around to meet Kanning. I smiled and started crying then hugged him.

"I missed you so much. Words can't even explain how much I missed you." He said said and didn't let go.

"I missed you too. I'm sorry I haven't called you or anything I've been busy. I got a new tattoo also. It hurt like sh!t." I said and we let go of each other but I held his hand.

"It's cool. Where'd you get the tattoo and what is it?"

"On my spin. Yin and yang phases. Good in the bad, bad in the good, that type of stuff. I'll show you later. How'd you know I was coming home?" I asked him and he smiled.

"You're parents told me. I don't know how they got my number. They must really love you."

"They do and I love them just the same." I said and looked into his eyes.

"What?" He asked and laughed a little.

"Nothing. I just missed seeing you in person. I'm glad you came to get me." I said and hugged him again.

"I'm glad too. I'm sorry about what happened with Oliver. I know you love him and stuff."

"Loved, past tense. I don't anymore." I said and shrugged.

"We should get going." He grabbed both my suitcases when I got my carry on and purse. My luggage went in the trunk and I got in the front seat. As we drove I checked my phone. Text messages from Steph, Jazzy, Landon, Ashton, Ryder, my parents, and some of the boys. I texted everyone and said I'm fine and I'll see them when I see them. I took a picture of myself with Kanning behind me and I made a weird face and he just smiled. I posted it on insta with the caption 'Finally with the bae' and tagged Kanning.

"The purple looks good on you Carson." Kanning said and I thanked him.

"What have you been up to without me bae? You better had not found another bae. We're supposed to be together five-ever cause it's more than forever."

"Are you flirting with me?"

"I think that's what it's called when you have a moment like that."

"I knew you couldn't resist my charm and swagger." He said which made me laugh.

"Suuuure I can't. You're too hot for me to not fantasize about. I've had really amazing wet dreams about you, mhmmm. Story of my life." I said sarcastically and he laughed this time.

"Well if you must know I didn't replace you as bae #1." Can you take that box out of the glove box?" He said and I opened the glove box and took out a a black box.

"Close your eyes then open it on 3. Ready?"

"If it's a spider I'm going to seriously hurt you." I said but still closed my eyes.

"It's not a spider. I promise. 1...2...3. Open your eyes." I did that and it was a ring and a necklace and a bracelet.

"Who are these for?"
