They all walked into school together before parting their separate ways to their classes. Kai and Kyungsoo had the same class together so they walked together and Chanyeol and Baek hugged and parted because Chanyeol was in a grade higher than Kai and Baek so he had different classes for the most part.

Baek eventually waved goodbye to his friends before going to his own class leaving the two of them alone.

Kyungsoo nervously tapped on Kai's shoulder causing the younger to look at him. "I'm nervous." Kyung said blatantly. He didn't know if he was ready to face his classmates again. Surely they heard what happened to him.

"No worries. I'm sure everything will be fine." Kai said soothingly. After seeing Kyung calm down he opened the door and pushed Kyung inside.

"Yah what the-"

"SURPRISEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!" Everyone in the classroom yelled at the return of their classmates.

Kyung was on the verge of tears. He saw ballons, food, games, and more and they did this just for him? He didn't know so many people cared about him. He lowered his head because he knew he was about to let a few tears escape but Kai was next to him in a flash making sure he was facing everyone.

"Sorry guys he is a bit overwhelmed right now!" Kai said while smiling. He then looked at the older boy who was crying in front of him and smiled. "Don't ever think you are alone Ok? You see this? All this time you have had so many people care about you and love you and you didn't even know it" he whispered into Kyung's ear which only made the older cry even more.

Kyung wiped his tears and looked up with a big smile on his face. "Thank you all!" He shouted before going and greeting all of his old friends. The sight almost brought tears to Kai's eyes. He had waited so long to see Kyung happy again.

While Kyung and everyone was still enjoying the party Kai felt someone tap on his shoulder. He smiled a bit when he saw Suho looking down at him.

"Yo~" he said in a voice that had no hint of maliciousness like before. It still felt weird to Kai to be friends with the guy that once bullied him. But you have to learn to live and forget and honestly Suho was a very good friend when he wanted to be.

"Hey Joonmyeon" Kai said with a smirk. He knew the boy didn't like his real name.

"Right back at ya JongIn~" Suho said with an even bigger smirk. He doesn't know why but lately he had been strangely attracted the hyper younger boy.

Kai just smiled and put up his hands in defeat. "Fine fine you win! But don't call me Jongin in front of friends" He warned. He poked Suho to look at him before taking his finger and moving it across his neck warning the taller boy that if he ever called him Jongin in front of friends it was over for him. Suho just laughed it off and patted Kai's head.

"Oh hey I found a kitten!" Suho suddenly said with excitement. "I tried tried to find you earlier but couldn't find you so I left him in the locker room. I just remembered."

"A kitten?"

"Yeah it's really cute kinda like yo-... well anyways do you want to go see it?" Suho asked with puppy eyes. Kai found it hard to say no to those perfect eyes but he knew he shouldn't leave.

"I should really stay here for Kyungsoo at the moment maybe later."

"Oh please please please~~~~" Suho begged.

Kai finally gave in when Suho dropped to his knees and pretended to cry. Suho jumped to his feet and dragged Kai out of the class to the locker room. Kai moaned in protest but smiled at how playful Suho was being at the moment. He eventually stopped fighting and just let Suho drag him to the locker room to see the cat.
