Nelly's POV

It was a cloudy morning and the weather seemed to perfectly describe Nelly's mood that morning or every other morning for the passed week. He had gotten out of bed, had his bath and was going to the office when he decided to make a quick stop at the bank to check in with the manager concerning the company's accounts and other issues related to that. On getting there he walked to Miriam a receptionist who was well aware of who he was and why he was here and so before he had the chance to ask she volunteered the information and said "Good morning Mr O'Brian the manager is not presently in"
but we should expect him in the next 40 to 45 minutes, You could wait right here she said gesturing him towards a seat and then she added that's if you have the time of course with a huge smile on her face.

I sat in the chair to wait when I noticed a still growing long queue at one end of the bank, amongst the people queueing where two girls chatting happily without a care for any one or anything.

Rose's POV

I woke up this morning with a drag which means that I literarily had to drag my ass out of bed as I combed my hair wondering why I still bothered job hunting when it was all hopeless given that I had been at it for three years and nothing had still happened
Yes I was 2'1 (second class upper) graduate of Lagos business school at least that's what I thought three years ago now I didn't know , all I knew was that I had been jobless since graduation and I was slowly giving in to the idea of entrepreneurship and starting my own business which I hated so much ,to say I was business averse would be an understatement
My phone vibrated on my dress table snapping me out of my thoughts
'Maryjane was calling'.....
Maryjane was my best friend of 4 years and a certified business woman and troublemaker
"Hey babe" her voice boomed as I put my phone to my ear
I'm almost at your place hope your ready for another day of job hunt
Chris said he saw an application for a finance consultant in one firm like that we'll go check it out for you,
Chris was M.J's boyfriend of two years
Mary! I said
But before I could say anything else she added "I know your tired but don't worry it will soon work out believe God ehn!?
If not that you don't like business....
OK! OK! OK! I yelled
to stop her from giving me yet another lecture about joining her business
She laughed and added
" but eh.... we have to make one small stop first at the bank
Before I had a chance to respond
She said 'see you in five and hung up.
