Twenty Three

I ran outside with the others when a car sped its way into the farm. Dad, Glenn and Hershel jumped out of the car before carrying a boy around my age into the house. The boy was screaming, holding his leg as it bled profusely through a towel wrapped around his wound.

" Dad what the hell is happening?", " No time to explain, set up the spare room, get my hospital bag and get the kids out of the house!" Hershel ordered

When the screaming finally stopped, Dad, Glenn and Hershel came out to talk. " What the hell happened out there?" Shane asked. " Before we could leave the bar, these guys showed up wanting us to bring them back to the farm, so we killed them. This kid is one of their men, he fell on a fence and his leg went through the pole.". " So, you thought it was a smart idea to bring him here? With our women and our kids?". Shane spat.

" It's our fault he got hurt" Dad argued, " It's also his groups fault for leaving him in a vulnerable position. We got our own group to think about Rick, we don't need a strange kid with a dangerous group tracking us down. Or do you forget we have two pregnant women in our group?". Dad glared at Shane, " He won't be staying, I just didn't want to leave a kid to die!", " Why don't you worry more about your kids, ya know the ones here who watch you leave every day?".

" That's enough, its late. We need to sleep before we decide what to do with the kid.". I spoke up, " Amber-" " It's been a long, hard day for all of us" I said, Interupting my dad " Before we start arguing with each other and saying things we regret, let's call it a night. We can discuss everything properly in the morning.".

It didn't take long for Shane to move the boy, that we now knew as Randall, into the barn. Shane sat him on a chair and handcuffed his hands behind the chair and also put a chain around him so he couldn't escape.

"Shane, don't you think this is a little excessive?" I asked, giving the boy a drink of water. " If it keeps him from hurting anyone in our group, then its necessary.". I sighed and pulled the cup from the boys lips, " Randall, Hershel wanted me to ask if you were experiencing any pain?", " A little" " Would you like me to get you some pain relief?" I asked as Shane waited by the door.

" Yes, if its possible", " Okay I'll be right back.". I quickly got some pain killers and a fresh cup of water. " Do you need me to go inside with you?" Shane asked, " No Shane, I'm fine, just wait by the door.".

I rolled my eyes with a sigh as Shane closed the barn door over. " He seems intense" Randall gave a small chuckle " That he is, but he was a cop before the world ended. Open your mouth.". I said, placing the pill on his tongue and gave him a drink of water so he could swallow the medicine.

" Perfect, is there anything else you need?", " Maybe something else for the pain?". " The pain killers should kick in, in a few minutes", " I'm not talking about the pain killers" Randall spoke up. " Oh? Then what do you want?" I asked, " A blow job would be nice." He smirked.

I gave Randall a look, " Nice try kid, that ain't happening.", " Really? A nice girl like you won't help a poor injured kid?". " I did help you, I got you the pain killer.". I smiled, " Come on, help a guy out. A blow job, a hand job, a quick fuck, show me your tits. Give me something" he argued. I couldnt help but laugh, " Trust me kid, you don't want to go down this path. I said no, so let's leave it at that.".

" You know the big scary guy right outside the door?" I asked, " He can listen if he wants." He smirked, " Randall, he's my boyfriend" I smiled, trying to give him a final chance to shut up.
