Twenty Four

SHANE'S POV

" Uhhh!" I yelled out after hitting Amber a final time. I looked down at her unconscious body, kicking her leg slightly to make sure she was out, before picking her up and carrying her down to that kid.

" What the hell did you do to her?!" He yelled out in panic, trying to get out of his restraints. I carefully put Amber down and turned to him " I thought she was your girlfriend?", " She is, I needed her like this for my plan.". I unchained the guy and forced him to walk out of the barn.

Everyone was either busy with their chores or no where near the barn, so they didn't notice me slipping away with Randall and bringing him into the middle of the woods. " Please let me go, you seem like a strong guy. We could use a guy like you in my group.". " Oh yeah?" I asked, continuing to walk " Yeah, you can even bring your girl.". " Don't talk about her" " Don't tell me talking about her is a sensitive subject, you just raped and beat her.".

I pulled Randall by the back of his neck " I said, don't talk about her" I spat " This is far enough, get down.". I killed the kid with my gun, making sure not to let any shots off, I beat him to death with my gun and hands, making sure to stab his head before getting ready for the next stage of my plan.

I hurt myself, beat myself bloody with my gun, fists and the trees in the woods, doing anything I can to make it look like that kid got the drop on me. I slowly made my way back to the farm. Hiding in the bushes when I noticed everyone had already began to circle the barn Randall was in.

" He ain't here!" Daryl yelled, looking around before noticing Amber. " Rick!" Daryl yelled, running in and picking her up. " Baby!" Lori yelled, holding Amber's face. Rick went inside " The cuffs are still here so he must have slipped them and attacked Amber before he escaped.".

I quickly hid my gun in the leaves, taking in a deep breath. " RICK!!" I yelled, walking out of the bushes " He's armed, he's got my gun" " Are you okay?" Carl asked, seeing the blood all over my face. " I'm okay, the bastard took me by surprise, clocked me when I wasn't looking.".

" What happened to Amber?" Rick asked, " I was standing outside the door while she gave him his meds and water. I stepped away to take a piss and when I came back, I opened the door to bring Amber inside. That's when Randall got me.". I spat, looking Rick in the eye.

" Hershel, T-dog, get everyone back in the house. Make sure Amber's okay. Glenn, Daryl come with us.". Rick ordered. " T I'm gonna need your gun" I said, taking T-dogs gun. " We can leave him, wasnt that the plan let him go?" Carol asked, " The plan was cut him loose far away from here, now hes hurt my daughter and taken a gun. He's dangerous, hes need to be taken care of now. Come on!" Rick yelled, the three of us following Rick into the woods.

AMBER'S POV

I groaned awake, feeling the pain vibrating through my body. " Fuck" I cried out, slowly opening my eyes " Amber?" I turned my head " Mom?" " Oh thank god" she pulled me into a hug. " Don't ever scare me like that again", " What happened?" I asked, sitting up. " You don't remember?", " I remember getting punched", " Randall, that kid beat you, then he attacked Shane and escaped. Your dad, Shane, Daryl and Glenn have gone to handle it.".

My eyes widened as the memory slowly hit me, " No, no! Where are they!" I yelled, jumping out of the bed. " Amber stop, get back in bed" " Where's dad?! Where did Shane take him!?". " Amber calm down.". " What's happened?" Maggie asked, coming into the room.

I pushed past Mom and Maggie, into the living room where everyone was waiting. " Amber get back in bed, you need to rest.". Hershel ordered. " No, whatever Shane told you is a lie! Now what way did they go?". " What do you mean its a lie?" Carol asked, " Randall didn't do this to me. Shane did."
