The why: I just like love that isn't automatically safe! The kind that has to prove itself again and again, that has to exist louder just to stay alive. There's something painfully beautiful about loving someone when it would be easier not to, and that's the kind of love I'll never stop writing about.
The message: Don't you dare make yourself smaller just to be easier to love. I hope you see my characters take up space and finally allow yourself to do the same :)
