Austin and I are spending the day together going all over different parts of Florida. My Dad, Heather and I are also pretty much moved in to our new house. Right now I'm picking out an outfit. I wear a black off the shoulder elbow sleeve length romper with some cute brown sandals. For my hair, I do a little braid on the side of my head that goes into a ponytail, then I wrap a piece of hair around the ponytail. And lastly for makeup I do a shimmery gold color on my lid with a mauve type color on the outer corners of my eyes, then a thin line of eyeliner and mascara, then for my face foundation, bronzer on my cheeks and a little bit of blush, and lastly for my lips I wear a matte mauve colored lipstick. I grab my black Rebecca Minkoff bag and my phone and go downstairs and wait for Austin to text me that he is here. Soon he texts me and I go out to his car and get in.
He looks at me.
"What?" I ask.
"You just look gorgeous." He says.
"I thought I always looked gorgeous?" I tease.
"You do! I actually think you look even more gorgeous without all that makeup on." He says.
"You're lying." I tell him.
"No I'm not, I swear."
"How could I possibly look better without makeup on?"
"You just do."
"That's a horrible answer and not convincing whatsoever." I say.
"Well what do I need to to convince you?" He asks.
I shrug.
"Well I promise you do, ask anyone."
"Okay, tweet it on twitter. Put a picture of me without makeup and a picture of me with makeup and say 'fav if you think Sadie looks more gorgeous with makeup, RT if you think she looks more gorgeous without.'" I tell him.
"Fine, I will." He says.
After a minute the tweet is posted. I look at his tweet and watch the RTs go up higher than the favs.
"Told you so." He says.
"Well I still like wearing makeup and just putting it on, it's fun."
"And theres nothing wrong with that." He tells me.
"Good."
"Alright, ready to go?" He asks.
"Yup."
So we start out driving to the Daytona Beach Boardwalk. We walk around hand in hand doing different games. We get to one water gun game, the one where you have to try and shoot the water in the center of the bullseye before the time goes out. I see a huge teddy bear as one of the prizes.
"Oh my goodness!" I say, stopping Austin.
"Look at that huge teddy bear! He's so cute!" I say.
Austin chuckles.
"You want that?" He asks.
I nod excitedly.
He smiles.
"Okay, I'll win it for you." He say.
I start to laugh, then see that Austin isn't laughing.
"Wait you were serious?" I ask.
"You don't think I can win this game."
"Most of these games are impossible to beat, including this one." I say.
"Well I'm about to prove you wrong." He says.
"Alright let's see it." I say, crossing my arms.
He goes up and pays then the game starts. He doesn't get it.
"See." I say.
"Oh I'm not done." He says.
After like fifteen tries Austin still hasn't won.
"Austin just give up, you're not going to win." I say.
"Are you doubting me?" He asks.
"Yes, I am because I want to move on from this game and do something else."
"Okay just one more time, please." He says.
"Fine. One more time and then thats it." I say.
He pays the guy again and the game starts. This time he actually wins.
"Yess!"
"I cannot believe you just did that!" I say.
"See what did I tell you." He says.
"Yeah it only took you like sixteen tries." I say.
"You want the big teddy bear or not?"
"I mean...you were amazing! No one could beat that game but you." I say. "Thats what I thought. I'll take that big teddy bear." Austin tells the guy behind booth.
The guy gets the teddy bear down and hands it to Austin, then he hands it to me.
"There you go." He says.
"Thank you!" I say squeezing the bear.
"That bear is bigger than you." He says.
"I know, I can't see anything." I say.
Austin laughs.
"Want me to go take it back to the car for you?" He asks.
"Yes please."
He takes the bear from me.
"Thank you. I love you." I say.
"Uhhu, love you too." He says.
"Stay right here, I'll be right back."
I nod and he walks off. As I'm waiting for Austin to get back I notice a group of guys staring at me. Then one of the guys comes over to me.
"Hey, you here alone?" He asks.
"I don't know, I'm dressed up, a guy just walked off with a teddy bear he just won me, what do you think?" I say.
"Oooo feisty much." He says.
"Why don't you and your friends just leave me alone? You don't want to see my boyfriend to see you talking to me. It won't be pretty." I say.
"Fine." He says, putting his hands up in defense and backing off.
A few minutes later Austin comes back.
"You okay?" He asks.
"Yeah." I say with a smile.
"So anything else you want to do before we leave?" He asks.
"I really want to go on the Ferris Wheel." I say.
"Okay let's go then." He says.
So we head to the Ferris Wheel and get in line. We finally get to the front of the line and get into a two seater cabin. We buckle in and then the Ferris Wheel starts. The ride stops every once in a while to let people off and on. Soon we are starting to get close to the top. I've always wanted to kiss someone at the top of a Ferris Wheel. I know thats cliche but I think it's so cute. I look at everything, then turn to look at Austin.
"I know what you're thinking." He says.
"Oh yeah? What?"
"You want to be kissed at the top of the Ferris Wheel."
"How do you do that?" I ask.
"It's a secret, I can't tell you." He says.
"Oh whatever." I say.
He smiles, then right as we reach the top he puts his hand on my cheek and leans in and kisses me. We pull away and I smile.
"So what are we doing next?" I ask.
"I don't know, what do you want to do?" He asks.
"I'm kind of hungry." I say.
"Okay, we could go to a local cafe." He says.
"Ooo I love cafes! There so cute and tumblry." I say.
He chuckles.
"Okay so then thats what we will do."
"Sounds good."
After we get off the Ferris Wheel we go back to Austin's car then drive to the nearest cafe. We walk in.
"Hi how many?" The hostess asks us.
"Just two." Austin says.
The grabs two menus.
"Can we sit outside?" I ask Austin.
"Sure."
"You want to sit outside?" The girl asks.
"Yes please." I say.
"Alright."
She leads us to a round medal table with an umbrella. Austin pulls my chair out for me and I sit down then he sits down. Soon the waiter comes and we order our drinks.
"What are you going to get?" Austin asks me.
"Just a regular caesar salad sounds good to me." I tell him.
"Okay.." He says, studying the menu.
As he's doing that I take a picture of him. Then I post it to Instagram and for the caption I say, "Having fun going around town with this cutie today." Then I post it.
"And you don't have to eat healthy anymore, remember?" I tell him.
"Yeah, but I kind of want to eat healthy anyway."
I smile.
"I taught you well." I say.
He smiles.
"So what are you going to get?" I ask.
"Caesar salad sound good to me too."
I nod.
The waiter come back and we tell him our order. Then before long our late lunch is in front of us. We eat fairly quick and get back on the road. Next we park somewhere random and get out and just start walking, looking at different things and enjoying the weather. Austin grabs my hand. Theres paparazzi taking pictures of us and I either smile, wave or ignore them. Austin does the same. We stop by a little bakery to get a cupcake for each of us.
"It's good that both of us are okay with the paparazzi taking pictures of us and everything." Austin says.
"Yeah, I've gotten use to it, and it's not like we can stop them. It's their job." I say.
"So what type of cupcake do you want?"
"Red Velvet." I tell him.
Austin goes to the counter.
"Hi what can I get for you today?" The girl behind the counter asks.
"Two cupcakes, one Red Velvet and one vanilla please." Austin tells her.
"Alright, we'll have those right out for you."
"Thank you." I tell her.
We wait a little bit then get our cupcakes. After we finish them we leave and keep walking. We walk until we feel like it's getting late.
"Uh oh." Austin says, as we are leaving a little store we went into.
"What?" I ask.
"Well it's kind of dark and I kind of don't remember where we parked."
"You're kidding me right?" I say.
"I wish."
"How could you forget where you parked?"
"Like I just said, it's dark."
I sigh.
"This is why guys need girls." I say.
"You remember where we parked?"
"Yes I do." I say.
"Sade you are a lifesaver."
"What would you do without me?" I say.
"I honestly don't have an answer to that." He says.
I laugh a bit.
"Come on." I say, grabbing his hand and leading him in the direction the car is in.

We get back to my house and Austin walks me to the door.
"I feel like we're in a movie where the two main characters just got back from their first date." I say.
"Why?"
"Because this is how their dates always end."
"Oh." He says.
"Nows the part where you say you had a really good time."
"I did have a really good time." He says.
"So did I. And then now you would kiss me." I say.
He chuckles.
"So we're in a movie now?" He asks.
"Just kiss me." I say.
"Well I'm not going to say no to that."
He leans in and kisses me sweetly.
"Goodnight Sade." He says.
"Night Austin."
