"So... " said Mikoto, her glowing demon eyes glowing in the darkness of the bloody church. "How do you want to play this out? Thevos.."
Thevos moved cautiously around. "You're.. much more confident.. "
"Why of course.. I just realized.. that my dark side.. is a match for any Viros." said Mikoto, her sly grin widening a bit..
"Oh?" said Thevos. "And why is that my little demon poppycot?"
"Well, it's simple." said Mikoto as she watched blood drip from the tip of her blade. "A Viros is dependent upon skill and skill alone.. to manage his fighting ability.. however.. these eyes.. I'm not called Demon Eye Railgun for nothing.. I can see all your movements perfectly.."
Mikoto raised her sword and pointed it at Thevos. "And here's another thing that highly contributes to my victory.. I'm not afraid of you.. but.. you're going to be afraid of me pretty soon.."
"That.. my friend.. is just totally Bull Sh*t.." said Thevos. "I called it.. Bull Sh*t.."
Mikoto remained silent.. looking absolutely calm and worriless.
"What? Can't think of a comeback?" said Thevos.
Mikoto chuckled darkly. "Oh.. no, I was just wondering when your jokes were going to actually be funny.."
Thevos's eye widened and burned with rage. "Ooooooh.. you.. are.. DEAD!!"
Thevos whirled forward with extreme speed, slashing his dark crooked blade at Mikoto. But, the blade cleaved nothing but empty air.
"Wh-what!?" Thevos stammered, as Sakura petals floated past his vision. "Wh-where!?"
Thevos whirled around to see Mikoto standing right behind him, her sword drawn, with one eye closed lazily.
Thevos suddenly fell to one knee, as blood splattered out of his body.
"I-insane.. I didn't even see her movements!" Thevos rasped.
Thevos recovered his composure quickly waving his blade skillfully and no mercy, sending a heated return of vastly sped up blows.
Mikoto parried each and every one of these strikes, still smiling to herself as she blocked them all with ease, displaying frightening skill with an elegant flare, almost as if she were creating a work of art.
"My..." said Mikoto. "You are angry today.. aren't you..?"
"OF COURSE I AM!!" Thevos roared. "YOU LITTLE SCA-"
Thevos didn't finish his sentence Mikoto had just opened her palm, and scattered a bunch of sakura petals into his face.
Thevos blew the petals aside with a large shockwave by swinging his blade. "Trying to distract me with flowers!? What are you, florally obsessed?!"
"Funny.." Mikoto whispered, her eyes glowing bright as she came flying down from above.. red lightning radiating from her body. "I'll have to punish you for that one.."
Mikoto thrust her sword downwards.. "Yokai Storm Call.."
A powerful red electric blast was blasted out of the sword, and sent hurling into Thevos with a massive shockwave, creating so much force, that an earthquake ensued.
Thevos leapt out of the dust, panting as more Sakura petals began to flow around him, encircling him. "Red Esper lightning!? Damn!! You really ARE a demon!!! AND WHAT'S WITH THE FLOWERS!? Seriously! You starting a freaking summer festival flower shop!?"
"Oh?" said Mikoto, red electricity crackling in her bangs. "You want to know? Well.. how about I explain something about Dark Mind Avatars and their capabilities?"
