Destiny ran down an unknown road, angry tears streaking down her face. She didn't know where she was going, all she knew was that she needed to get away. Away from home, away from parents, away from everything.
Everywhere was dark and the roads were mostly deserted. It was also cold, colder than normal. It still wasn't worth going home though. Not knowing that Katy would be there. Instead she stumbled towards the only road with lights on. As she got closer, she could see that it was a garden full of fairy lights. Fairy lights and a bunch of drunk high school kids.
The back yard gate was open and a boy - the host? - was hanging off of it, waiting for people. He was clearly drunk. He also resembled a young Harry Styles, just better looking in Destiny's opinion. It occurred to her that he might be in her grade at college but it was hard to tell in the dark while he was drunk.
"Heyyyya, darrlinn'!" He slurred, waving his bottle at her in greeting. "What ya doin' all alone ou' here?"
"Walking." Destiny replied bluntly.
"That so?" Harry-Styles-lookalike asked, nodding knowingly. "Goin' nowhere, seein' no one. Right?"
"Right," Destiny confirmed. She was taken aback by his quickness even while drunk.
"You need a drink, babyyy." He nodded, clearly agreeing with himself. "Come drink." Destiny shrugged and walked towards him. He linked arms with her and pulled her into the garden.
Once inside, she was completely sure that these were kids from her college - as well as the local high schools and some other college kids. She knew that many of the kids at college partied every night, her and her friends were often invited and had attended a few. Katy hated her going to parties, although had allowed her to go to the few she'd asked about. She'd never drank more than a sip before though, fearing more addiction problems.
Now however, she accepted the drink Harry-Styles-lookalike shoved into her hand and took a big glup. First mistake of the night. She was soon choking on the disgusting substance.
"Too much vodka? Sorryy!" HSLA - Harry-Styles-lookalike - cried, messily pouring coke into the cup too. "It's vodka and coke, you clearly need more coke. Be grateful it wasn't beer. I take it you don't drink?" Destiny shook her head. "Well ya do now, get tha' down ya!"
Destiny drank it. Then another. Then another. Then a beer. HSLA cheered all the time, yelling "you ain't no lightweight, gurl" over and over.
"So," he slurred almost incoherently at he much later on. "Wha' else haven't you done?"
"I haven' lived, babes!" Destiny yelled, twirling around him and giggling. "Teach me everything, Harry Styles!"
"I ain't Harry Styles," HSLA laughed at her.
"I know that, I've met him! You jus look like him, dummy!" Destiny cackled, hanging off his neck.
"I'm Jack Mathews," he said in her ear. His voice was now husky, causing Destiny's legs to practically give way.
Suddenly he spun her around, pressing her to his chest and slammed their lips together. Their teeth clashed painfully, but Destiny didn't have time to react before Jack's mouth was moving against hers with force.
"You're a kissing virgin too?" He asked into her lips.
"Yeah," Destiny mumbled back, still doing nothing.
"Copy me, baby. You'll like it," Jack promised.
Destiny was too drunk to know if she did like it or not, but copied him anyway. Soon they were part of a full on make out session in the middle of the dance area of the garden. Bodies pushed them backwards until Jack's back was against the fence. His hands grew more wild, first rubbing her sides, then her lower back, then her bum. Destiny flinched but simply did the same. The words "you'll like it" haunted her head. She was determined to like it.
Then his hands went up to her chest and moulded around her breasts, rubbing and squeezing them. Destiny knew that she couldn't copy him now, men didn't have breasts! Her drunken mind was confused, too confused to cope. Her legs gave way, but still Jack didn't stop. He simply held her up with one arm around her waist.
The next thing Destiny could clearly remember was staggering out of the garden, Jack yelling after her.
"Yo, darlin'! It's a little late for a baby doll like you to be out alone, huh?" He screamed drunkenly, swaying from his back gate again.
"I'll sleep when I'm dead, baby!" Destiny slurred back before falling into a fit of hysterics. Jack laughed along for a moment. Then his face was serious as he took in that she was really leaving
"Baby, don't go! Didn't you like it?" He asked reaching for her twirling body.
"I did," Destiny replied with a struggle. Had she? "But I'm going now."
"Where?" Jack whined as she got further and further down the pitch black alley. "Hey, wait! You better stop and turn round! You're heading into bad territory!" He cried, panicked but unable to act from being so drunk.
"Aww, is the wittle boy a baby? An alley virgin?" Destiny cooed. Then she scowled cruelly at him and cursed. "Get lost and grow a pair, will ya? I'm having fun!" Jack sank down to the ground, trying to work out what to do, but to drunk to do anything.
Destiny sang down the road, waving a beer bottle around in the air and stumbling about. She didn't notice the eyes watching her. She didn't notice the sound of foot steps walking in the shadows. Little drunken Destiny didn't notice a thing before it was too late.
