Madison's POV

It's been three months since I ended up in the hospital. And, I haven't seen Luke since the day he rolled out of the hospital; finding out what I had done to my own body.

Michael, Calum and Ashton stayed- to help me get better, I guess. I'm still on suicide watch, so I'm pretty much not allowed to leave the apartment I now live in, with my nurse Caitlyn.

"Hun, you need to eat somthin' before you go out to see your brother, he won't be happy if you haven't eaten anything." Caitlyn's southern accent was thick, but she was beautiful. Long red hair that reached down to he lower back, and nice amber eyes along with some freckles.

"Okay Cait, what do we have today?" I sighed, sitting at the counter.

"Well I brought some donuts from the ol' Duncan Donuts down the street." She said, showing me two dozen donuts.

"Why did you buy so many?" I asked, furrowing my eyebrows. And that's when three idiots barged through my door.

"Guys!" I said, before running to them and receiving a hug from each of them.

"Hey Mads." Michael smiled, giving me a small wave instead of hugging me. Calum elbowed him in the side, "Fuck." he whispered.

"How have you been?" Ashton asked, sitting on the couch with me in his lap. He came to visit me regularly, Michael used to come but he just stopped.

"Good as you can get being cooped up in here." I giggled, he did too. His laugh could range from fifty year old man, to squealing school girl.

Nova and Luna ran up to me at the same moment, "Hey." I said, getting off Ash's lap to pet them. Luna and Nova were given to me after Luke said he didn't want Luna, so I got to keep the two instead of just one.

Ashton sat on the ground in front of me as we played with the two pups. Michael sitting awkwardly on a couch, and Calum was laying across another.

"So what are you guys here for?" I asked them, stroking Luna's fur.

"We just wanted to visit." Michael spoke akwardky. I raised my eyebrow at Calum.

"Were leaving for our next world tour, we've already taken about ten months off, and we need to get back to our fans." Calum sighed, I turned back to Luna and kept playing with him. "Look, Madison we know your sick-" Calum started.

"Don't call me sick." I murmured.

"-but that can't stop us. We have to do this." He said, in a pleading tone.

"Go ahead, do what Luke did to me. I'll be fine." I but back on my lip from saying more. I lifted my finger up to find my lip ring out.

"Madison-" Ashton whispered.

"Just go." I whispered.

"Madison." Calum said sternly, Michael had just stormed out. Just like Luke. Next was Ashton, he didn't even say goodbye. And then I looked at Calum, tears were streaming down his face. "I'm sorry." His voice chocked. And with that he left.

(Two weeks later)

I sent in my application for Juilliard about a year ago and had been accepted for 2015-2016. I auditioned with the violin, and piano. But they were especially impressed with my violin. The school year was starting in about four days, it starts September 14th.

I had just move out here to New York, not having to live in the dorms because I graduated High School earlier and went to my first year of college 2014-2015 year. My dad had flown out here to help me find an apartment and my mum had flown out here to help me with decor, and I appreciate them very much because it was a long ass flight from Sydney.

But, my dad being dad he had gotten me a penthouse in the posh area of Upper West Side Manhattan that wasn't to far of a drive from school. And mum being mum, she had gotten me the cutest things, and a whole new wardrobe that also included a 5 Seconds of Summer hoodie.

Mali was also coming shopping with us, and I haven't seen her in ages. "Mali!" I shouted, running up to my older step sister.

"Hey Mads!" She said, wrapping me in her arms. "So Juilliard aye?" She smiled.

"Yeah." I blushed.

"So what instrument were you accepted with?" She asked, as we walked down the shops.

"The violin." I smiled, entering one of the shops.

"Ooh, so now I have a brother that's pop-rock and a sister that's classical, nice." She chuckled.

We went about shopping for stuff, coming back to my apartment with sore limbs from carrying so many items. We plopped down on our couch, Mali was 20, turning 21 on May 19th; and she was attending The American Musical and Dramatic Academy. And it's kinda funny, because they are literally on neighboring main roads.

"Mali, you major in Dance Theater right?" I asked her, looking at her collection of Dance shoes.

"Yeah, found my shoes I'm guessing?" She chuckled.

"Wow, this is sick!" I exclaimed, amazed at all her dance stuff.

"Thanks Mads." She chuckled, plopping down on her bed.

We both lived in the penthouse, dad saying it would be better if Mali movies in with me since it's closer than her old apartment.

"Ugh what time is it? I feel like Jet lag is going to kill me." I murmured, going to my room.

"It's like 3:00!" She shouted through the door.

-

I awoke to light peaking through my blinds. "Fuck." I murmured.

I walked out to the kitchen finding Mali trying to cook, even though her eggs seem to have been burnt.

"So when did you decided to come out here?" She asked, as we both sat down.

"I'm about a year ago, I got accepted this year." I shrugged.

"Does Cal know your out here?" She frowned.

"No," I sighed, "and I'm going to let him find out on his own."

"Well they're playing here at Madison Square Garden on December 5th, it's a Saturday. And if be happy to ask four passes." She smiled.

"I'll think about it." I sighed.

"You start in four days, this is insane. My little sis is going to college!" She shouted.

"I've been going to college for a year, I'm a sophomore." I chuckled.

"Well your a smart sophomore because your a year early." She said, laughing along with me.

"So, movies?" She asked, smiling.
