Heroes of Olympus And The Avengers

Chapter 3

Leo was staying with Piper and her dad for a few days. Mr. McLean was out signing DVD's for his new movie.

Piper was sitting on the couch reading a book when the door bell rang. She closed her book and walked over to the front door.

She opened it and to her surprise it was Tony Stark and the Avengers.

"I think you've got the wrong house." Piper said looking at all of them. Thor was smiling and jumping up and down like a little kid who had way too much sugar.

"Pipes, who is it?" Leo shouted from the kitchen.

Leo walked over and said, "Holy mother! It's the Avengers!"

"Are you Leo Valdez?" Tony Stark asked.

"As a matter a fact I am." Leo said bowing.

"Okay then. I recently found this out. . ." Stark hesitated. "I'm your uncle."

"Say what now?" Leo and Piper said.

"That was my reaction too!" Stark said smiling at his nephew.

"Holy mother. That's a new one." Leo said. "If you are my uncle, then where does my mother live?"

"Your mother is dead. She died in a fire when you were 8."

Leo just looked at him. "Uncle Stark!"

Piper cracked up watching Leo spread his arms and hug his long lost uncle.

Leo whispered to Piper, "Just to be clear can you. . ."

Piper rolled her eyes. "Are you absolutely sure your Leo's, uncle?" Piper asked turning on her charmspeak.

"Yes, I am." Stark said.

"Thanks Pipes." Leo whispered.

"Would you two like to come to Avengers tower?" Stark asked. It would be nice to get to know my nephew and his friends."

"Most of my friends are in New York." Leo said.

"Sweet maybe they can stay too." Stark said. Thor was just really acting like a kid who ate way too much sugar.

-------- Later That Day-------
Leo and Piper arrived back in NewYork. Piper told her dad that she was visiting some friends there.

Leo was all over the tower. He was touching everything and was steaming. Literally.

Piper whispered to him, " Cool Down fire boy."

Leo listened before his new uncle discovers his powers.

Piper went into the bathroom and contacted Percy and Annabeth (using I-M).

They were sitting on Half-Blood Hill when Percy jumped.

"Piper! Gods you scared me!" Percy said as Annabeth laughed.

"Hey, Leo discovered his long lost uncle."

"Really? Who?" Annabeth asked.

"Tony Stark."

"What?" Percy said. "No way!"

"Yeah. You guys can come. And bring the others Leo wants Stark to meet you."

They nodded. Piper ended the I-M message.
