Advice for Guyanese and Desi piknins (kids)
1. Do not ever, ever argue with your parents or yuh go get beating wid de broom stick.
2. Always do you chores before or when they tell you. When you're done go next to them and hug them and say,"I'm done. What else do you have for me to do?"
3. If they say something like 'Go study your books for school' don't say 'Me ga study 24/7 whole day and night in front of them'. It gets them pissed. Trust me.
4. Go to school and come back straight home. They will get the SWAT, FBI, police force, firefighters, and send AMBER alerts our for you if you don't return on time.
5. Don't ever, ever say you're busy.
I really hope you guys aren't offended in any way. If you are I will delete this book. This I just to show things that happen with Caribbean (Trini, Guyanese, ect) kids and what the parents do. Trust me our parents mean good. They only want the best for us. This book is only to perceive humor.
