So my mom was cooking potato curry (aloo curry) and needed to cut onions and garlic. So me being lazy I didn't want to have to wash the cutting board again and neither my mom wanted to give me as much work to do *silently sighs in relief*. Instead she came up with the idea to grate the onion and garlic. That was a really major life hack for me there and I bet that'll definitely help you guys too.
