The headline that's swegeping the nation "teenage girl abducted by gang member from her high school prom"

That teenage girl is my amber.

Amber hasn't been home in two weeks, the cops have no idea where she is, she was last seen with Sebastian, why miles walked away from them I'll never understand why.

Today we all walked across the stage and got our high school diplomas, they said a big memorial about Amber like she is dead or something. She isn't dead, Sebastian wouldn't kill her, or I'm hoping.
The police say he hasn't checked back in at his job in North Dakota, ambers dad has hired the top private investigator in the country to find her, and there is no hope.
Her phone hasn't had any use on it since that night at the prom,
all of her social media has been wiped clean from the Internet, and so has Sebastian's.
It's like the two don't even exist anymore.
The photos and the songs and the videos and the memories are what I hold near and dear to me right now.

I have a meeting with my lawyer and caras lawyer today.
Apparently some lady wants to adopt our baby and cara and her mom want her too so they don't have to take care of her.
I fell like everything that I've ever cared about is being taken away from me, my Amber and my Abby. 

I just want to find amber, I want her found, I've posted fliers of her on all my social medias to keep the look out for her.

Then zach came over.
He walked in and sat directly on the bed.

"Hey buddy" he says
"Hey zach, what's up?" I say
"Nothing, hear anything about Amber yet?" Zach says
"Nope, and I've got a custody hearing in the next hour over Abigail." I say
"What? Cara and you aren't splitting her anymore?" Zach says
"Apparently some lady wants to adopt her and cara and her mom are open to the idea" I say
"I'm so sorry man" Zach says
"Yeah, this all just sucks, and my band wants to still play warped tour and I don't know if I can do it, you know with all this going on" I say
"You can't let Amber effect you anymore, the police are about to stop their search, they have come to the conclusion she wants to be missing, and if that is so, you can ruin your career because of her." Zach says
"Why would she want to be missing? She was done with him, I was finally getting her back?! They heard screaming from outside and a school video saw him attacking her, how can they assume she wants to be missing?" Evan says
"They say it was all a plan, Sebastian's phone records showed he was having constant contact from a number down here" Zach says
"I don't believe it" I say
" believe it or not Evan, Amber is gone, probably married to man bun, you enjoy your tour" Zach says
Just go Zach, I've got to get going" I say
"Whatever man" Zach says and then leaves.

I'm wearing a button up, my hair is slicked back, I'm in some black slacks and I'm feeling nervous as shit, my family lawyer is here with me today, and so is cara and her moms lawyer and the adopted mom.

I walk in the room and see all the faces, trying to scan to find the woman who wants to take my baby, and then my jaw drops when I see her.

It's debbie, why would she want to take my baby?

I sit down, and they all look at me.

"So mister Forbes, we're gathered here today to make a deal on the not yet alive Abigail viola Forbes, which that last name will be changed, if ms. Majors is awarded custody." Their lawyer said
"Excuse me, but my daughter, isn't a deal. She isn't an item, she is a human." Evan said
"We get that mister Forbes, but from my understanding neither you or Cara wanted this child and now a suitable mother is trying to adopt and you're not alright with it?" The lawyer said
" my client was in initial shock of it all, but he has regained some clarity and wants custody of his child" my lawyer said
"How would the court ever award a single father at 18, who is a traveling musician sole custody of this child whenever you don't have reliable income and aren't home 5 months of the year, this situation was okay whenever cara wanted the child as well, but she is wanting to give her rights up, you can fight in court all you want mr. Forbes but if you don't have a reliable job, and your own house then I don't see you winning over custody of this child over my client ms. Majors" their lawyer said
"Would I have any rights to her at all?" I say
"I could be up to an open adoption, since she will be my daughter I want her to be awarded my last name and a few other conditions" Debbie said
"like what?" I said
"She could never come to your house, you would get limited time to visit her, and she can be told your her dad, and that cara is her mom, but I'm raising her as my own, you'll have no parental rights, but I won't change her name, since I've been informed that the name is very important to you" Debbie says
"We just wanted to give you the info today Evan, you look over the info with your lawyer and we will meet next week before you go off to tour with your rock band" their lawyer said
