Dan - The Proposal

After the ceremony it was time to go in the other room for the dance. That means I have to dance. Fun. But at least I am dancing with Phil. My Phil. I get to spend this moment with him.

But before that happened, me and Phil went to see PJ and Chris and give them a group hug. 'Fantastic Foursome' hug. For old time sake.

"Congrats guys!" Me and Phil said in unison. They both smiled. "Thanks." PJ said.

"Do you know what we should do?" I said to them. They had a confused expression on their faces. "A Fantastic Foursome hug. You know for old time sake." They all rolled their eyes. "Dan.. Were not going anywhere, we can so this as much as you like." Then gathered into a big group hug.

We departed the hug. I held Phil's hand. He glanced down at our hands and smiled. "I love you." He said. "I love you too". We looked back at Peej and Chris who were engulfing themselves in a big kiss. "I think we should go to the other room, give them privacy or we can pull them apart." I whisper. Phil mouthed, 'the second one'. So we let go of each others hand and we made our way to PJ and Chris. I grab PJ and Phil grabs Chris. "Guys, save that for later. Now we have to go to the other room. They are waiting for you guys. You've got to give speeches remember and so does everyone else sitting at the front table." PJ and Chris huffed and left the room hand in hand. Me and Phil did the same.

Before we entered, Phil pulled me to the side away from the corridor. "Phil, what are we.." I got interrupted by a kiss. I started kissing back. I smiled in the kiss. Ive missed this. I felt Phil's tongue across my bottom lip, asking for entrance and I let him. We departed the kiss and smiled. I pecked his lips again. "I love you so much." I said. "I love you more." He retorts.

I held his hand again and led him to the room where everyone was. After everyone said a speech, it was time for the dancing. The time for me to propose to Phil. I really want to do it, but I feel like a wave of anxiety has just hit me. But, I have to push that a side. "Now, it's time for the newly weds to dance on the dance floor." Said on of the bridesmaids.

PJ stood up and gestured his hand to Chris. He took it and led PJ to the dance floor. It was so romantic. This is what I want for line and Phil's wedding. Then people started piling onto the dance floor.

"Wanna dance?" I offered Phil.

"Why not." We got up at the same time and I intertwined our hands together and led him to the dance floor. Close to PJ and Chris. Phil placed his arms around my neck, even though I cringe, I'll make an exception, and mine on his waist. We started swaying to the music and then got lost in it. The song is very familiar. Thinking Out Loud By End Sheeran. This was our song. I remember the first time we danced together. It was a while ago and this song was on.

"Phil?"

"Yeah."

"Its our song remember."

"How could I forget. It was the first time we danced together."

"I love you."

"I love you too" He pecked my lips.

I felt a nudge besides me. It was PJ. "Everything is ready. Are you ready?" I nodded. I looked at Phil. "Stay here. I have a surprised for you. Just stay there don't move okay?" He nodded. PJ led the way to the table so I can get prepped.

"Right, guys. My friend Dan here wants to says something." I smile at PJ.

"Right, first of all, congrats to PJ and Chris.." Applause filled the room, "second of all, if you guys already know what I'm probably done except from you Phil." Everyone parted away from Phil so I could see him properly.

"Were do I begin. This is is cheesty, what I'm doing at someone else's wedding but here goes." I started walking towards Phil slowly. "Every since I met you. My life has changed into something better. You've made it better and I'm grateful for that. All I want to do is repay you for that, but for being a completely awkward person, I'll probably ruin that so to show my love and appreciation to you is by doing this." I gave one of the guest the microphone. I got on one knee and pulled the little box out. Phil's expression became very excited. I grabbed the microphone back. "Phil. Will you marry me?"

There was a silence. Phil started crying tears of joy. "Yes!" He shouted. Everyone started applauding. I stood up again and hugged Phil. He kissed me as of a thank you. "I would obviously say yes to you Dan. I love you with all my heart. I can't believe you did this. Its amazing." Phil exclaimed. I smiled and pecked his lips.

"I just want to spend the rest if my life with you."

"Looks like that came true."

Hey guys. THIS ISNT THE ENDING! THE ENDING IS THE NEXT CHAPTER! I can't believe this is coming to an end, but all stories have an ending. I Have A Special Announcement In The Authors Note. SO READ IT NEXT TIME. I thought long for the ending and I have it and its so cute so wait and see.
