The years weren't a paradise, but rather a struggle. The anatomy of wrestling was more than a show. Such as an actor starts local, a pro wrestler starts with actual wrestling. That was my biggest concern, being without wrestling experience. Tried an amateur boxing career. No comment. Got familiar with more traditional fighting. A lot more effective upon combat. Got somewhere around 2nd dan.
Other than combat, I took the liberty to enjoy other skills. Running, gymnastics, language, sports review, speech, and ironically, financial skills.
I began a small journey around international lines as a mid-card wrestler, perfecting a craft I've for so long ignored. I got fists, but do I have the physique and mindset? I went to five star wrestling, global force, and currently, New Japan Pro Wrestling.
NJPW has a lot of young talent combined with wrestling legends. They all had a certain persona, heh irony, that makes a character stand out. Back when I was in the WWE, I never stood out much. I was a lucky jobber. Real lucky.

I began to worry. If anything happened to the wrestling career or if I get injured, being out of the job will be a big inconvience. Welfare is something I'd like to avoid.
Preventing from that very thing from happening, I trained harder than before. Not just for speed, which I normally do, but strength and technique. I was the first to come in the gym, stopped only when my body begins to fail, and leave to get to the motel.
The night was exhausting. As I keep repeating the training schedule, I found myself more fatigued each time driving to the motel. I'd doze off on the road once or twice, but nothing substaintal.
Irritating light on road with yellow lines center. Every morning, every night. My eyes seem to squint just to pay attention, but too closed to almost sleep. Fingers slid on the wheel once in a while as I fade. Maybe I can just...
The bliss of black was revitalizing and peaceful. It was something I've waited to do. As if I was meant to longer the dark. Make it last forever...
