A new dead body has been discovered. The news of a dead woman lying in a tiny corner of the royal apartment spread with screams and fear. The guards who were there captured all the servants who passed by that night and were questioned. No one knew anything at all, what to say. Who would want to kill a noble lady of the court. None other than Lady Olenna Beesbury and also the Queen's own lady-in-waiting. Down in the crypt were Lord Jaqcen Hocassca, Lord Lanos, Lady Diana and a few others who knew Lady Olenna. There was no one else in the court who could take care of her remains and have them prepared for their return to Honeyholt Castle.

"Poor child

"Poor child. Who could have hurt you like this." Lord Jaqcen said to the dead girl and looked sadly at the innocent Lady Olenna on the table.

"I have sent letters to her family and her husband." Lady Diana said sadly.

"It was well done. You did nothing wrong when you left her before. No one could have known this would happen to her." Lord Lanos said, comforting Diana with a half hug.

"She did what she wanted to do for our country. The Queen will do anything to make sure she finds peace." Lord Jaqcen said.

"But now it's gone too far Jaqcen. Three murders have occurred in the castle in a few days. We have a murderer among us. We have no trace of the murderer. And we don't know if the murderer works for anyone either." Lord Lanos said to Jaqcen.

"I agree with what you say and I know what you're thinking."

"Then what?" Lady Diana asked.

"That the Queen has been gone too long and no one else here is starting to listen to each other anymore. I see your frustration Lanos and I know you want Aelora to yourself and tell me what happened to your wife, I know what happened to her. And I know your days with the Princess and Lord Otto have not always been very successful either. You know as well as I do what Aelora wants to do and the others should have remembered how she started to change everything and listened to the people and got peaceful endings without any problems. The court has ignored the Queen's rules about what low nobles must do when the need arises. No one lifts a finger." Lord Jaqcen assured his friends.

"But Aelora does. Everyone else just listens to orders and position while I have to try over and over to convince the others to walk on their own two feet and lift their own hands for once and help them out there. The whole city is falling apart because no one else has the heart to listen to you." Lord Lanos said.

"The people may have had their food and more but they are too tired and have no one to guide them. Perhaps the Faith will help this time?" Lady Diana asked.

"They dare not, not after what they had to endure before outside the home of their gods."

"And the Master of People?" Lord Jaqcen asked.
