Warriors: Bluestar's story 2

Chapter7: a new battle

The next morning I woke with a call of alarm. I ran outside to see four foxes attacking the camp. One attacked me trying to get to the nursery. It grabbed my by my side and tossed me at the rock wall. I heard my leg snap. It jumped for my kits I jumped in front of them as I fought the fox but for a split second my eyes stared at my kits who were in a corner wide-eyed as they watched us fight to the death. The fox took its chance as struck. It's teeth shanked deep into the back of my neck. I then slashed its throat killing it. It landed on me with its jaw locked on my neck. I looked at my kits and smiled weekly. My eyes darkened. "MOMMY!!!" Moonkit yowls. Outside I heard very faintly "the kits!" The thorns rustle "where's your mother?" Fireblaze asked the kits. Then I heard Moonkit's paw on my paw. Fireblaze looked my way and gasps. "BLUESTAR!! NO!! Stormcloud come quickly. Your going to be fine, just hang in there." More cats came into the nursery. Now all I could she were shapes and shadows, then my world went black.

I woke in starclan hunting grounds to see a small kit there. "Hay there Brownkit. It's good to see you." "It's good to see you to sis. You were very brave in the battle. I wish I was there fighting along side you." He says sadly. "You were there in my heart. As long as I remember you and you watch over me. You will always be there guiding my paws." " thank you I needed to hear that." He says happily and smiles. We talked for a while then Cherryblossom came and said "it's time for you to wake up now Bluestar." "As you wish Cherryblossom." "Finally. A young cat with some respect." I laughed " bye cherryblossom. Bye Brownkit." And they faded away.

I woke to sunlight in my eyes. "It's good to be back." I whisper to myself.
