When I was in the 8th standard, my scores weren't as great as those of the toppers sitting on the first bench. They were just average, like any other kid's. It was a bright summer day, and as usual, the day continued with physics and mathematics classes, which felt like they lasted an entire year. Then the bell finally rang, and the snack break began.
Everyone was excited, jumping around with each other, laughing, and some even pulling out the big packets of chips they had hidden inside their bags. At that age, I had a good group of friends. I was quite jolly and fun-loving, and we spent most of our time roaming through the corridors, running at jet speed, or competing to see who could rush to the bathroom first. "That was an active sport."
The day continued with fun and enjoyment, but there was one thing that always stayed with me. I was shy whenever I had to answer a question in class. It was my biggest fear, and it often made me overthink why I wasn't able to answer as confidently as everyone else.
By 4 p.m., the sun wasn't as bright anymore, and we all returned to our homes. I travelled back in an Indian auto-rickshaw that my parents had hired for my transportation. That night, I started watching videos of legendary physicists like Albert Einstein and many others, trying to understand what they were like as children.
Gradually, I began to understand science more deeply simply by exploring YouTube. It made me feel at ease because it never questioned me; instead, it made me happy. I realized that the problem wasn't the subject itself it was the environment in which I was learning.
Fast forward to the current era of Artificial Intelligence. Every individual possesses one talent or another, hidden deep inside like a mystical potential waiting to be discovered. Today, information is available in vast amounts, and hardly anyone needs to open a traditional textbook to learn something new. However, the most important thing is how a person speaks to themselves when they are away from the world.
The subconscious mind plays a major role in one's life. This can be understood through a simple yet profound example. It is often said that whatever a person repeatedly imagines is stored in the subconscious mind and later appears in dreams, even though the individual may not consciously remember having those thoughts. In this way, the subconscious becomes one of the most powerful forces shaping our lives.
"Peek a Boo" is like turning on a tap that releases the water needed either for a bath or simply for drinking. In the same way, it can be used as a metaphor for the subconscious mind a gateway waiting to be opened. This gateway can be accessed through something called **affirmations**.
When a person speaks positively to themselves, it creates a meaningful impact, generating greater energy within. That is when the universe begins to connect with the individual. This glimpse or "peek" is possible when people start talking to themselves.
Wait... isn't that madness or foolishness?
Well, if you're speaking positively about yourself, that is one of the greatest talents a human being can possess. No other species on Earth has the ability to consciously encourage, motivate, and reshape itself through language the way humans can. When you praise yourself or manifest your goals through your words, you are telling the universe that you are capable of achieving them.
Humans are naturally different from one another; it depends on the individual. Yet one of the greatest qualities a person can possess is the ability to remain grateful and thank God in every aspect of life.
