If you han known, that on your first day of a vacation, you'd be running around the city, looking for a cat, you wouldn't have agreed to go.

"Have you seen a ginger cat, around this size?" Gray asked another passerby. A woman shook her head and walked away. Gray ran his hand through his hair in frustration. "It's impossible!"

"We cannot give up!" you smiled, bumping your hands in air. Gray didn't look like he shared your enthisiasm. In truth you were a little tired, your feet hurt and the scorching sun didn't give you a break. "Let's look in that park, alright?"

Gray nodded and you two dragged yourselves towards the park. How this happened? Well, your guild decided to visit a beach, since the heat wave left everybody yearning for some kind of refreshment. No doubt, the best place would be cool sea. You and girls were overjoyed.

You were laying under the umbrella, with a book in your hand and a cocktail in the other you let yourself rest. You readjusted sunglasses on your nose and started reading. This is when Gray hid behind your sunbed.

"Hiding from Juvia?" you asked without raising your head. You found it funny how he would always find an excuse to run away from the girl. You couldn't understand Juvia and her obsession, but since you were good friend with Gray, you let him hide away and didn't ask questions.

"Yeah, mind if I stay here?"

"Not at all," you smiled and sipped your cocktail. Only then you noticed that the cup was empty. You puffed your cheeks. "Aww~ , the cocktail is gone."

"Uhh, wanna go and grab some more?" Gray asked scratching his cheek. You perked and looked behind the sunbed.

"Yes!" you beamed and grabbed your purse. "Let's go!"

You and Gray went to the booth and that's when you met wailing old lady. She was nervously looking around the alley. Being good girl you were, you asked her what happened. It turned out, that her cat, Mr. Dotty, is nowhere to be seen. Moved by her story you promised her that you will find the cat.

"Really?" Gray asked when you took address from the old lady. You told her that you will bring the cat back to her house.

"Yes! Poor thing might be hurt," you said, forgetting about the cocktail. Gray muttered something under his breath and went after you.

And this is how you spent whole afternoon, yet the cat was nowhere to be found. You searched through every alley, every thrash bin, every corner of the beach city. Pouting you sat on a bench in the park. You let your legs rest and sighed.

"Hey, don't be so down," Gray said. "We will find that cat."

"You sure?"

"Yeah, and then I'll treat you with that cocktail," he said. The thought of cocktail cheered you up and with newfound energy you stood up.
"Let's go, Gray!"

"That was fast..." he sweatdropped.

You yanked his hand led him out of the park. You abruptly stopped hearing a meow over your head. You collided with Gray's naked chest. He started apologizing, but you turned your attention to the sound. You missed Gray's blush when you were busy locating the cat.

"There!" you shouted and pointed on a ginger cat. "It must be him!"

"H-huh?"

"Mr. Dotty!" you called. The cat meowed again and you smiled in triumph.
