CHAPTER 5

Bianca's Point of View

"So si Julia ang girlfriend niya ngayon?" Miley asked as she looked at me with curious eyes. 

Napabuntong-hininga ako nang maalala ang nakita ko kanina. There was too much levels of familiarity between the two of them but when I was the one nearing Adrian, there was nothing I could sense but indifference and coldness. 

"Parang ganoon na nga. The guts of that girl! She took advantage of the days I was gone and manipulated him!" 

I ranted my frustrations as my blood continued to boil for that girl. Bumigat din ang pakiramdam ko dahil sa selos na kanina ko pa itinatago. 

"Do you have any plans Biancs?" tanong naman ni Ella kahit na nanonood sa iPad niya. She was listening to us while writig down notes from what she's watching. 

Miley is another friend of mine who lives with us in our apartment. Her parents own the bar where she bartend from time to time. Part daw ng career experience niya for her dream of putting up her own bar restaurant. 

All three of us were senior college students. One year na lang at makakapagtapos na. Miley was a culinary student while Ella's a media student. Kuya Lance was just there to be our guardian. Our parents were business partners and all of them were busy going on business trips.

" I don't know, ang sabi kasi ni Doc kay Tita, huwag daw biglain at pilitin makaalala. Baka mas lalong malayo ang loob sa akin kapag ganoon." naramdaman ko nanaman ang kalungkutan nang maalala ang pagkailang sa akin ni Adrian.

If I outright tell him that Julia was messing up with his memories, baka hindi maganda ang maging resulta. Baka mas pagkatiwalaan niya pa ang babaeng iyon keysa sa akin. 

"You know Biancs, I've compiled movies with amnesia plots and you might wanna try the stunts they pulled to make their loved ones remember them!" Ella enthusiastically said pero sinimangutan ko lang siya. 

"You know they're myths right?" I was bewildered but she was insistent on making me try it. 

"Yung mga 'The Notebook' ba iyan o kaya ung kay Toni at John Lloyd?" Miley chuckled to make the atmosphere lighter.

"Oo, I have a lot of sources pa. Baka lang naman gumana-"

"Ella? Seryoso kasi," I complained but she just mocked reaction. 

"I'm trying to help! It might help trigger memories you know?" she further explained as she sipped on her cocktail. 

"Reliving your memories with him might be a good move too. Kung hindi man maalala, just relive how your love ignited!" Miley teasingly looked at me as she slid a glass of mojito she prepared in front of me. 

"Wala namang mawawala kung susubukan mo Biancs. Besides, it might turn out to be a sweet gesture for AJ," she wiggled her brows as she continued watching her movie. 

"If you find it foolish, isipin na lang na para din naman ito sa inyong dalawa." patuloy na pagkumbinsi pa ni Miley. 

"Who knows, it might actually work! Baka makagawa pa ako ng based on a true story na film tungkol sa inyo," napailing na lamang ako sa imaginative mind ni Ella but I was actually quite irritated by myself. I was actually buying it! Unti-unti na nila akong nakukumbinsi na gawin. 

"I'm also quite interested in psychology lately. I'll let you know of what I can find helpful," Miley winked at me. I just sighed and drank on my mojito. 

I decided to give AJ a visit the next day kahit masakit ang ulo ko due to my low alcohol intolerance. Before I could open the door, I heard both Adrian and Tita Riane's voice arguing inside the room. They were trying to keep their voice down so my attempt to eavesdrop failed. I gathered my energy and opened the door.
