*Katie's POV*
Hayes and I ran down to the other guys to tell them the news. They looked at us confused until Hayes said, "She said yes." Everyone jumped up and hugged us, then I start to get a phone call, "Excuse me guys I gotta take this."
I look at the caller info and noticed it was my old volleyball coach, Serena, "Hey Otero! How've you been!" She sounded cheery like always, "I've been pretty good, actually, I'm not Otero anymore, it's a long story, but it's Espinosa now." I can hear the confusion when she asked, "So are you gonna try out this year?" I thought about it, "I can't coach, I've been too busy and I've moved so I'll try out for my new school though!" I just heard her mumble, "Ok." Then she hung up.
Wow that was weird. I walk back to the guys and they asked who it was, "My old coach, it's all good though."
Then mom walks in, "Let's go get you registered for school, it starts Tuesday." I groan but then grab my head phones and tell the guys bye and head off.
Registration was pretty boring, until they asked if I was interested in any sports.
"Um, yeah, I play volleyball."
The lady nods and tells me, "Tryouts are the first day of school, so here sign this," She handed me a tryout list, "and just bring your physical in and you're good to go!" She smiled and we left.
When I got home I just took a quick shower and then Hayes called, "Hey, what are your plans for tomorrow?" I though for a bit, "I think Matt wanted to take me school shopping, why?" I heard him clear his throat, "Do you think you could come over after wards? I wanna hang out with you." I smiled, he sounded so nervous, "Sure, I'll call you when I wake up, goodnight Hayes." "Goodnight Katie."
