Chapter 6

*Matt's POV*

I can't believe I found her! Finally! I've missed her everyday since she got kidnapped from us. I remember that day like it was yesterday. I was 6 an she was 2, we were in our backyard swinging. Our mom called us inside for dinner so we went. m night Lily was complaining about leaving her window open while she was asleep. Well by now my Mom was kind if debating on why she even gave a 2 year old her own room, But that night around 3 am I heard her crying. I went into the room the window was wide open and she was gone.

After that day, everyone changed, my mom no longer smiled the way she used to. God how I miss the smile she had when we were all here. Now I'll get to see that smile again now that Lily is back and I found her! I was listening to my favorite song when I got a text message.

Unknown Number- Hey this is Katie I got ur letter.

Me- hey, ok so can you meet up with me tonight?

Katie- well I'm in the hospital so maybe we can just talk there.

Me- yeah sure I'll be there at 8.

I smiled, I'm gonna see her again. Wait how do I even know this is the right girl? Well it's worth a shot.

*Hayes POV*

I woke up to the sound of someone coming home, dang why is that front door so loud? I go downstairs and find Nash,"Hey where were you?" He kinda jumped cause he didn't know I was there but then he answered, "I was at the hospital visiting Katie." My jaw dropped, "Katie is in the hospital?" He just nodded yes. I ran to my room and got ready, then ran downstairs. "You are taking me to see her, now." He just grabbed his keys and we got in the car.

15 minutes later we arrived, there wasn't many people here, but I did see her family's car. We walked in and saw her family in the lobby. I smile and waved and her sister, Julianna, looked very angry. Then she saw Nash and jumped up, "No! You cannot go see my little sister after what you said to her!" Nash looked very confused he turned to me and said, "She's in room 113." So I went to that room. When I got in there she was alone watching tv I knocked in the door, "Who is it?" She sounded like she was crying, "Hayes." It was silent then she told me to come in. I walk in and she is just laying there I go to hug her and surprisingly she hugs back. "Why are you in the hospital?" She showed me her wrist and I started to tear up, but I didn't cry. I kisses the cuts and she smiled, "I missed you Hayes." My smile grew 2 times as large, "I missed you too." I was about to say something else but then Nash walks in with an ice pack to his face.
