*Katie's POV*
Their house was so welcoming I actually felt that I was home. There was a pretty large kitchen, a huge living room, and if you went upstairs there were 4 bedrooms.
I was just exploring when Matthew came up behind me and picked me up,"Hey! What are you doing?!" I asked kicking to be put down. He just smiled.
"Well missy, your room is over this way." He says as he takes me to this huge room. He put me down and I saw many bags in the room.
"Who is staying here now?" I asked curiously. He chuckled,"That is all of your stuff, we thought you should have a fresh start so we went shopping for you."
"You didn't have to do that." I couldn't believe it! They were gonna take me in! "Get comfy dinner is almost ready." Matt walked off and closed the door. I'm so happy I am finally with my real family! I hope nothing goes wrong.
