Chapter 14

Justice P.O.V

I'm so tired. We've been going through a lot and I mean like 1,000's of letters. I cuddle into Dextor's chest and he wraps his arms around me. "Your very warm and soft" He laughs. "What?" He shakes his head. "Tell me!" I whine. He shakes his head. "Dextor!" I whine and make a pout face. He laughs again. "It's nothing really!" I sigh in frustration. "Hey." I look at him mad. "I love you" I try not to smile. "Come on I know you want to smile" I turn away smiling. He laughs at me again.

"Stop it's not funny!" He turns my face back to his. His face is like really close. Like really really close. I stutter my words. He licks his lips and his tongue kinda touched mine. I stay frozen. His eyes are a really beautiful grey. He kinda closes his eyes and really slowly lean in. He stops and open his eyes and then smiles. He pulls away. "Hey no fair!" I say. He just shakes his head and sighs. Then he eyes a letter.

"What?" I look at it. "When where these letters written?" He picks it up."When I was about 6 maybe 7 why?"

"Cause this one has my name" I look at the letter and sure enough it has his name. We look at each other. "Should we read it?" He ask. "I don't know if that's a good idea" I state. "Your right but it has my name on it." I sigh and grab the letter. "We'll read it tomorrow. I have a really bad feeling about this." He nods. "Does your sister know anything about this?" He nods. "She should be with Gregg and Becka trying to figure out the map" I nod. 

"I'm tired. Carry me" I lift up my arms. He sighs and carries me bride style. I wrap my arms around his neck. "Thank you" I kiss his cheek. "You missed" I roll my eyes. "Bed now" he smirks and takes me to his room. He puts me down. "Thank you" I take one of his shirts and go to the bathroom. I take a shower and put on my underwear and his shirt and some socks. I walk out and sit on his bed. I go under the blankets so he won't see me. I hear a door close and the shower turn on. 

After about 45 minutes he comes out. "Justice? Where are you? I wonder where she is." I hear his foot steps come closer. "I'll just sit on my bed and wait." 

"NO!" I shout. He takes the covers off. He starts laughing. "What ever" I say. He comes next to me and pulls me to him. We get under the covers. "Justice promise that no matter what you will always love me and be mine" I turn in his arms and face him. "I promise." I give him a kiss. I cuddle more into him and I fall asleep in his arms.

~~~ The Next Day ~~~

I wake up before Dextor like always. I get out of bed and look for the letter that had his name on it. I finally find it and sigh. I was about to open it but I heard my name. I set it down. I walk back to his room. "Where did you go?"

"I went to get some water" I lie. He nods. "You okay?" I nod rapidly "Yeah I'm perfectly fine" He studies me for a while and then smiles. "Alright then. So you wanna hang out today. Just for a while and then we start our search again." I nod. I put on some jeans and a shirt. I put on my shoes and wait for him down stairs. "You ready?" I nod. We get up and walk out the door. 

We get in his car and he drives off somewhere. He's taking me to the movies. Wow that is so cheesy. I find it cute. "What movie you wanna watch?" He ask. I think for a while. 

"Hunger Games: Mockingjay part 2. It looks cool" He nods. He buys the tickets and the popcorn even though I protested against it. He is so stubborn. We take our seats and watch the movie. (A/N: I know it doesn't come out until November 20th, 2015 but I really loved the trailer. Okay back to the story)

~~~About 2 hours later ~~~

"That movie was freaking awesome!" I state. He nod in agreement. He wraps his arms around my waist. "It was pretty awesome" He states I look at him like he has actually lost his mind. "Please. That movie is freaking bae"

"Hey! I thought I was bae" He says. "Yes you are but that movie is still bae just 2nd bae" He smiles. "Thank you" I roll my eyes and we get to his car. We get in and he drives to an ice cream shop. They have the best ice creams ever! I get my mint chocolate ice cream and he gets cookie dough. We walk around a park near by eating ice cream. 

"Today was fun." I say. He nods. I wipe my mouth with the napkin and throw it away and so does he. We just walk in the park talking about different things. Then I get a call.

"Hello?"

"Justice! Where are you?"

"In the park with Dex why?"

"Alright. We found something" Then I become serious. "What is it?"

"It's about the map" I nod even though they can see me. "Now come on" Then I hear a horn honking. I hang up. "Let's go" He nods and we run to the car and get in. "Alright what did you find. We figured out the map. Well almost." Look at it. 

"You see the reason it doesn't make sense is because there's a piece missing. If we can find it then we should be good." I nod.

"But first pizza. I'm starving" Ellen said. I laugh. We drive to a pizza place. I go in to get the pizza. I bump into someone. "Sorry"

"It's fine I- Justina?" I look up to see a man about in his 40 or 50's maybe. "I'm sorry?" I ask. He has a goatee, brown hair and is really tall about as tall as Dextor. "You don't remember me?" I shake my head. "Look I'm sorry but I just want my pizza and to go home with some friends."

"No problem but can we meet in the park tomorrow?" I think about it. Should I? I mean he's a total stranger. But only my parents call me Justina. "Yeah sure 3:00" He nods and smiles. "Good" He holds out his hand and I shake it. 

~~~Flash back~~~

The man chases me around the house. I'm laughing and he's smiling. 

"I'm gonna get you!" He grabs me and picks me up twirling us around. "Honey put her down. She has to get ready for Halloween with her friends." 

"Alright. We play later now go get your costume on" he sets me down.

"Okay daddy" I run off.

~~~End Of Flashback~~~

I take a breathe and take my hand away. "Nice meeting you" He walks out. I feel very light headed. I quickly get the pizza and get in the car.

"Hey are you okay? You been in there for a while." Claire ask. "Yeah I'm fine. Just a little light headed" I lay my head on Dextor's shoulder. We get to his house and get out with the pizza. "Thank god pizza is here to save the day."

"Where we're you guys you missed family dinner" I turn around. "You two are so busted" I laugh. "Well we have pizza" Ellen says. Their mom glares. "Fine but you have to give us some" They take a box. "HEY!" We shout. "Don't diss your elders." We groan and sit back down. They nod once and walks out with their box of pizza. "This pizza smells good." I hear them say. I roll my eyes. We put on a movie eating the rest of the pizza. 

I end up falling asleep on Dextor's lap.
