The morning sun beemed it's way into the hotel room, the rays shining upon all of the furniture in the room. After a long drama filled night, the two friends were fast asleep, albeit one of them wasn't asleep alone.
Jay was nestled on the couch next to Shawn, who was breathing softly and quietly. The morning rays of the sun shined upon his face, and he stirred awake. He opened his eyes and realized he was holding Jay, and smiled. He carefully manuevered his way off of the sofa, so he wouldn't wake up Jay.
Getting up, he went to the bathroom, and rinsed his mouth out with mouthwash, and began to walk towards the kitchen. Shawn wasn't much of a cooker, but he knew both Jay and Daniel would need some food after last night, and since he stood in their hotel room, he might as well return the favor by making them breakfast.
Cracking the eggs, he put them onto the frying pan and waitied for them to sizzle out so he can scramble them up. On another pan, he put large amounts of bacon, and began to put toast in the toaster oven. Shawn hummed while cooking, singing his recent single, Stitches.
On the couch, a sleeping Jay began to stir awake, sniffing around at the smell of food. He rose up with a start, and thats when it hit him. The hangover came in full force, the sickness rocking his head from side to side. He groaned in pain, and in an instant Shawn was at his side.
"Hey, take it easy. You have a mean hangover." he said, patting Jay's head, "I made breakfast."
"Shawn? I didn't know you were still here. I thought you would've been gone by now.." Jay replied, rubbing his head and messy hair.
The singer chuckled, "I promised I wouldn't leave. Come eat something, you're gonna need it."
"You didn't have to do that for me.. that was really nice of you. Also.. thanks for staying. For the record you're a pretty comfortable bed."
"Just wanted to make sure you were okay."
"Who made breakfast!?" came a shout from one of the bedrooms. Daniel came running out towards the kitchen, admiring the breakfast buffet that Shawn had made them. He took a piece of bacon and munched on it loudly, moaning at the savory taste.
"Shawn made it." Jay replied.
"Jay, can we please keep him?" Daniel said, grabbing plates and other items. "Anyone who makes breakfast this good needs to be in our lives."
"I'm flattered!" Shawn said, blushing. He went to the kitchen to help Daniel with the plates and serving when they heard a knock at the door.
"It's eight in the morning, who could that be?" Daniel asked, setting down the utensils before going to answer the door. He opened it, and the bright hallway lights blinded him. He could make out the forms of two males, "Cameron, Jack?"
"Hey Daniel, good morning!" cheered Cameron, "How are you?"
"I'm okay, and you?" Daniel asked, raising an eyebrow, "Hi Jack, what's up?"
"Nothing much." Jack said, smiling.
"I'm doing alright." Cameron said, with his hands in his pockets, "Hey is Jay up?"
"Yeah, he just got up. Come on in, we were just about to have breakfast. Come join us."
"Thanks man." Cameron said. He and Jack walked into the hotel room, and he stopped short when he saw the singer setting out cups, "Shawn?"
Shawn turned around and smiled at Cameron, "Hey, what's up? Are you hungry?"
Cameron had a blank face, staring off into space. He realized this when Shawn was snapping fingers in his face.
