Taylor had been walking the streets for almost an hour. It was extremely hot out, and the raising temperature was increasing his anger with every passing moment. Cameron had never been this out of line before, and it took every inch of Taylor's being to not punch him straight in the face as he walked out of the hotel room.

He felt his phone vibrating in his pocket and he saw that Matthew was calling him. He slid the screen and answered, "What's up?"

"Did you find him?" Matt asked. He could hear the arguments from the other line. It sounded like Jack was trying to defuse the situation.

"Not yet." Taylor sighed. He looked around, but all he could see were the whizzing cars that flashed by, "I'm walking down Main Street right now."

"What the hell brought that out of Cam?" Matt asked.

"I'm not sure. Everyone was having a good time. It's just so fucked up what he said. I mean I knew he could be an asshole, but I never expected that." Taylor said, adjusting his bandana. He ran across the road towards the beach by the hotel and stood on top of the railing, scoping out the area.

"Jack pretty much kicked him out. Daniel's flipping out, and Nash and Carter just left to see if they could find him." Matt responded.

"Should we.. call Shawn?" Taylor suggested, as he jumped down from the railing.

"I don't think so. He's supposed to be focused on his performances, and if he finds this out, I think something even worse would happen."

"Jay really knows how to disappear." Taylor replied, walking further down the beach.

"I don't think Jay left out of sadness to be honest." Matthew said, as he sighed, "Those looked more like tears of anger."

"Well, if he doesn't punch Cameron, I most definitely will."

"I just wanna know what the hell has been up with him lately. I've never seen him this screwed up before." said Matt.

"You and me both." Taylor said, before spotting a figure sitting on a rock in the distance. He squinted his eyes, and could make out Jay's ruffled up hair, and red hoodie. He started to jog towards him, "I found him Matt, he was on the beach."

"Phew, okay good. I'll let everyone know, thanks man." Matthew said, as he hung up the phone.

Taylor jogged over to Jay, who staring off into the water. He had an exhausted look on his face, and he was watching the waves intently. Taylor quietly sat next to him, crossing his legs.

"Mind if I join you?"

"Sure." Jay said simply, still staring out into the ocean.

"You okay?"

"I'm fine. I just didn't think he had it in him to assume such shitty things about me." Jay replied, "He just apologized for treating me like shit before, now all of a sudden he just comes out of nowhere with this?"

Taylor shook his head, "He's been in a really bad mood lately, I don't know why. I don't think he meant it, it looked like he was trying to hurt you or something."

"He didn't hurt me, he just pissed me off. I had to leave before I knocked the taste out of his mouth." Jay said, as he ran a hand through his hair, "I guess that apology was just as fake as he is."

Taylor chuckled, "I think it runs deeper than that. You gotta stop running away like this. If I didn't find you, I was about to start an Amber Alert."

Jay laughed, "I was really looking forward to do Magcon with you guys."

"Who says you can't?" Taylor asked, looking at Jay in confusion.
