(Thomas's POV)

I shot up from my sleep. My breaths were heavy and I felt drops of sweat slip down my forehead. I looked around for Alex only to find her laying right in front of the couch on the floor.
'Stupid' I thought to myself.
I got up and decided to step outside to clear my mind. When I rose up from the couch I felt the soreness around my wounds. They were pretty much healed but yesterday probably did some damage. I slowly walked out the door, careful not to wake Alex. She looks so peaceful when she sleeps even with all the bed head. I gave a soft chuckle and closed the door.

I sat down on the steps and began to piece together that dream.
What did it mean? I don't want to kill Alex. Maybe Melony but not Alex. Alex means something to me, not like that but she special.
She saved my life for reasons I do not know. I owe her big time and I will do anything to repay that debt.

I cleared my head and took a moment to just sit and admire the stillness of nature. Everything flows perfectly without being disturbed. I started thinking about humans and how we aren't perfectly flowing through nature. We may not be disturbed but we feel its okay to disturb the balance of nature. Humans cause chaos, Peace is just an asscuse to do so.

I heard the door open from behind me, I turned to see Alex.
"Morning" I laid back so I was staring up at her.

"Good morning" she smiled.

She sat down beside me on the steps.

"You okay?" I asked , now looking at her hair. Her bed head was gone, funny.

"Yeah why wouldn't I be?" She smiled at me again.

"I dont know, its just last night was probably scary for you." I said. She begged me to stay so she had to of been scared.

"A little but I'm fine now. Hey, who was that guy you were walking with?" She poked me.

"Oh that's..that's Jeff. He's an old friend." I mumbled.

"Woah! Like Jeff the Killer??" Her eyes went wide.

"Yeah" i laughed.

I could see that she was staring at me a little weird but I didn't say anything.

"Hey Thomas" she began.

"What's up?" I asked.

"Thanks for coming for me back there." She mumbled. I thought that was funny because she got knocked out from the impact of Jeff picking her up.

"Its nothing." I chuckled

"It is something! When I woke up I was scared shitless." She began to tear up.

"Hey, its okay. Listen, you saved my life. I owe you my life and your now my best friend." I laughed and gave her a hug.

"Really?" She asked.

"Yeah. I need a new friend anyway." I said thinking about Melony.

"I think I should head home, my moms probably worried sick and I bet I have some police problems too." I got up and stepped down on the porch.

"Wait. You don't have clothes?" She pulled me by my arm.

"Its fine, I'll be okay." I could see a saddened expression come over her face.
