"Hey Shane!" I hissed, walking down the stairs with a laughing Ashley in my wrist lock. "Remember Ash?" He looks up nodding, "Ya of course. How have you been Ashy?" Ashy? She said they weren't a thing before, but why would he have such an adorable nickname for her than?
"Hey Shane. Long time no see." She runs up behind him to give him a hug. She wraps her arms around his neck, and he wraps his around her waist. I don't know whats with me, but i feel like a jealous little puppy not getting food when others are. They are nothing, other than friends--Right?
They pull away and she places a small kiss on his lips. Shit! I held back my anger, and waited for him to stop her. Instead to my unfortunate luck, he seemed to be enjoying himself, as he kissed her back. I almost threw up because i thought me and Shane were more than that. She pulls back and giggles loudly, "oops." She says looking at me sheepishly.
"Well, i'm gonna go upstairs. Catch you two later." I hiss, between gritted teeth as i make my way upstairs. To my surprise no one stops me, but just nod in agreement when i said i was leaving. I layed on my bed and shut my door harshly. They can't be a thing. She promised me they weren't and they never will be. But yet again, she was the one who instigated the kiss, and he didn't stop her.
Maybe they do that all the time as a way of two best friends saying hello, but what messed up friends do that? NO ONE! He and i shared something special i though, maybe i was just another one of his stupid flings. Who ever said you can trust or change a player is by far wrong. Shane is such a douche.

Ashley's P.O.V
I walked into the kitchen with Jessi, and when i saw him i got so excited. I mean i haven't seen him in forever. I did what anyone would do, and hugged the weirdo. When i pulled back, i accidentally brushed my lips to his, but it just felt so right i could't pull away, and by the way Shane had responded, he was enjoying it too and had no intention on releasing my lips out of his grasp.
I heard a quiet scoff, and released him, remembering that Jessi was right across from us. "oops." I whispered and just stood there awkwardly looking at Jessi. I saw the hurt in her eyes, that made me feel super guilty for kissing him. "Well, i'm gonna go upstairs. Catch you two later." Jessi hissed, between gritted teeth as she made her way upstairs, to her room. I heard a loud door slam, and turned to look at Shane.
"Well that was fun." He said, with a smirk tugging at his lips. I shot him a glare, and responded, "Are you and Jessi dating? I don't ever wanna get in the way of your relationships, especially not with Jess." I say trying to forget how happy i was when i had kissed him. "Nah-- We aren't really anything. She's just another fling, ya know." He shot a wink in my direction. I smiled happily, knowing he was finally in my grasp.
"Well in that case, where were we?" I ask quietly. He chuckles, and grabs my wrist.
He wrapped his arms around my waist hoisting me up so i was now on top of the counter, finally around the same height as he is. He dipped his head down a bit and our lips connected slowly. Our lips moved in sync for what seemed like forever, until we both pulled apart, breathing heavily. He looks me straight in the eye, "You will never be just another one of my flings, because you will be mine forever." I smile and grabbed his head, and crashed my lips to his. We both smiled into the kiss, which he tried to deepen by lightly biting my bottom lip, to which i quickly allowed access to. We stayed this way for a few minutes before we heard a glass fall to the floor.
We both pulled away quickly, and turned our attention to where the glass had fallen from, to which we see Jessi.
Jessi's P.O.V
I ran downstairs when i didn't hear any talking. I walk down to see Shane and Ashley snogging all over each other. My eyes began to water, but i had to keep telling myself that Shane or Ashley would never do this to me. I continue to stay there, as if my body was paralyzed and refused to let me speak or move. They release each other, and he looks Ash on the eyes, "You will never be just another one of my flings, because you will be mine forever." Ashe smiles in return and crashes their lips back together.
I tried to run back up the stairs, when i knocked over a glass vase. to which Ashley, and Shane pull apart to look at me. By now all i had was tears slipping down my cheeks and hurt written all over my face. Ashley smiles weakly in my direction, and starts to walk over to me. "Jess-- I-I can explain--." I waved my hand in the air to cut her off, "Save it. Fuck you and fuck you too Shane." I hiss running back up the stairs and locking my door as soon as i reach my room.
I lye down, and call my only true friend, Candy.
Beep

Hey you've reached Candy, leave a message at the beep.
beep.
"Hey Cands. I really need to talk to you ASAP! 5SOS!" I hung up the phone sniffling, and vigorously wiping away the tears with my sleeve.
5SOS is our code word for when we really need each other. SOS for save my ship and 5 because it will make people think we are talking about Five seconds Of summer, the band.
I cry myself to sleep, and what i had just seen and heard a few minutes ago replaying in my head as i attempt to sleep.

I haven't been too happy lately with school starting and all that kind of stress, so i though i would share the sadness with you guys. My next chapter will be a whole lot longer i swear.
