"Jessi wait!" I pushed my legs to run faster to get away from them. "Jessi please!" I finally stopped to catch my breath in the girls bathroom. They had both lied to me. Shane more so than Ashley, but they both did the same thing to hurt me. My panting had gone down, so i cautiously exited the girls bathroom and made my way over to third hour science. I walked in and grabbed my usual seat, the third row back, second seat from the left, in between Candy and Jose.
Jose and Candy both gave me sad glances and a small smile, all through out the day so far. Next period was lunch, where i knew i could tell them both what happened in more depth than before just saying that i had lost my best friend and Shane. I turned my attention back to Mr. McGuire who by now was still talking about how atoms connect together and where the mitochondria is located. I zoned back out, considering i had learned about this stuff in sixth grade, and there was no need to hear the same thing for like the ninth time in six years.
Class had finally ended, and i had made my way over to where me, Candy, and Jose's lunch spot has been since we came to this high school three years ago. It was just me, because neither, Jose nor Candy had came to our table yet. I figured they went in line to go get some food. (Well food like substance).
"Hey, hey, hey. How is my weird little Jessi doing?" Jose and Candy asked in unison as they approached our table.
"Hey guys. Not much, i was gonna tell you what exactly happen but i don't really feel like talking about it." I half smiled.
They nodded in understand-meant, "Why don't you come over later, and explain it to us there?" Jose asked, glancing at me and Candy. Candy nodded, and returned her eyes to me, waiting for an answer. "Uh--ya sure. I guess so." I sighed, picking at the macaroni and cheese displayed on my plate. "Okay good. See you both there!" Jose said, as he got up to walk away.
Candy's eyes glanced around the room for a few seconds before they stopped. I turned myself around so i could see what she was looking. I saw her looking at Shane, who had been staring at us for who knows how long. He locked eyes with me, and shot a regretful smile. I only scoffed, and turned back around to face Candy.
"He's been looking at you for a while now. Whatever happen between you too, he obviously feels pretty bad considering the staring, and regretful smile he just shot you." Candy smiled, to which i responded with a shrug.
"ya well, he didn't seem to feel guilty when he was snogging all over Ash, or when he said i was just one of his flings." I sighed, feeling tears springing to my eyes.
Candy's mouth fell to the floor, "He did, and said what?" She looked back at Shane at shot him her best death glare. He just smirked and continued talking to his friends.
"Yep. Talk to you about it later okay? I'm not really in the mood." I hissed, getting up from my seat to throw away my trash. "Okay. See you at Jose's after school." She shot me one last glance, before she walked away to go to her fourth hour early for some project set up.

I ring his doorbell, and step inside being greeted by his mom, "Oh hello Jessi. Jose is upstairs in his room with Candy." I smiled and said thank you as i made my way up the stairs towards his room. I stopped when i reached his room, and found Jose and Candy talking. "Hey guys." I smile brightly, and they nod saying hi. "Hey Jess. Ready to talk?" Jose asks. Candy hits his arm harshly, "Wow so blunt Jose boze." He arches an eyebrow at his childhood nickname, and she just smiles as wide as she possibly can.
"Fine. Want some pizza first?" He asks looking at me for approval. "Of course, do you not know me? I'm always up for some greasy cheese pizza." I smile brightly, to which Candy and Jose just share lite chuckles, "Alright, pizza it is." He responds happily.
"WOW! He sure is a dick." Jose says taking another bite from his slice of pizza. I nod. "Why did you ever like that arsehole?" Candy asks looking pissed. I shrug, and reach for a second slice of cheesy happiness.
"So pretty much Ashley started this whole thing?" Jose and Candy ask in unison? "Not on purpose?" He adds.
I nod, "I don't think she did it on purpose, but she definitely ignited the kissing." "But Shane was the one that said i was just another fling, but also Ashley is the one that smiled and continued kissing him after he did that. But yet again, I don't think she meant to kiss him, but she didn't pull away and neither did Shane. Oh you know what? They probably have been together since forever, or maybe---" Candy shoved her hand over my mouth, "Hush young one." Jose says in between fits of giggles.
I nod, which gets me access to a hand free mouth, finally. "How about you guys come back the day after tomorrow and we will do some great ass revenge to those two pieces of shit." Jose says, as if he is a king declaring people future. I giggle, and nod, "Okay sure. See ya later Jose boze." I whine, and start walking home.

Buzz, buzz, buzz. I got up from my criss cross position on my bed and grabbed my phone.
One new message from Shane. One new message from Ashley. Pah, they thought i would respond.
I decided a peek at the messages wouldn't hurt, opening Shane's first.
Hey Jess!
Its Shane again, please respond.
I'm really sorry.
Wow, what an arsehole!
To: Shane
Wow, okay. You are truly only sorry because you got caught and now there is nothing you can do to undo what you did, like be more secretive with being with Ash.
Fuck you Shane Duke!
Next i opened up Ashley's.
From: Ashley
Hey babe! I'm truly sorry, i don't know what happened to me a few days ago. I just want you back.
Hmmmmm. Should i forgive her? I mean after all she did betray be like no one else especially when she knows i never believe guys when they say they like me, just ask that arse named Tony!
I decided a nice and war, shower would be the best option to calm me down at this point. Stripping and stepping into the shower i hear a loud scream coming from downstairs...
