~~~~~~~MARSHALL'S POV~~~~
After a few hours, we decided to call it a day. It was 6 O'clock and everyone was getting hungry...which for people like Paul and Dre, meant they got grumpy. Laurel's tummy grumbled for about the 100th time this hour and I could tell as much as she denied it, all she wanted to do was get the fuck out of here and in front of food.
"Alright, hurry up Dre. We should go get something to eat. By the amount of times Lo's tummy has grumbled someone's gonna think she's malnourished or some shit." Paul joked, putting on his jacket, eager to go.
Dre hovered over the laptop finishing the final touches on everything. "Aight, I'm done." He said getting up and closing down the laptop. "Where we off to tonight, boys?...And Laurel of course" He said nodding at her and giving her a small smile making sure she wasn't feeling left out. Lo and Dre hadn't gotten much time to talk and get to know each other while in the studio. Either Dre was in the booth recording shit, or I was in the booth goofing off with Lo. So hopefully at dinner they would get more time to talk. Shit, I completely forgot. Grabbing a meal, whether it was dinner, lunch or breakfast, after a session in the booth was traditional and just a normal day's routine for me and the boys, so it didn't cross my mind until now that maybe Laurel didn't want to go out to dinner, or maybe couldn't.
"Hey, Lo. We don't have to go out with them if you don't want to. We could go grab dinner by ourselves, or if you want some alone time, I could just drop you off at yours, or at work if you have stuff to do?" I whispered as I grabbed her by the arm to pull her aside while Dre and Paul discussed where to eat.
She giggled as if she were surprised to my reaction. "Marshall it's totally fine. I'd love to come to dinner with you guys. I haven't seen Paul in years and it be cool to get to know Dre a little better. Plus I like spending time with you." She said the last bit shyly. She was so damn cute.
"Good, I like spending time with you too." I said honestly.
"So you guys coming?" Dre yelled.
"Yeah, where we eating?" I asked, putting my arm around Laurel's waist, bringing her forward, back to Paul and Dre.
"We're going over back to Dre's." Paul answered in a hurry.
"Yeah, you're cooking by the way" Dre said with a cocky smile on his face as he grabbed his keys and walked outside, as we followed.
I rolled my eyes. "Fuck you, man." I said putting out my middle finger.
"Thanks for the offer, but I wouldn't wanna get your girl jealous." He said amusing himself.
"Ha Ha, very funny." I said grabbing my keys out of my pocket ready to unlock the car.
"You cook?" Laurel asked surprised, looking up at me.
"Kinda.." I replied not wanting her to get her expectations high.
"You've never cooked for your girl?" Paul asked surprised.
"Man, if you think this guy is a genius in the studio, wait till you see him work the kitchen!" Dre exclaimed as he climbed into his car with Paul. There goes my plan on not getting her expactations high.
"You never told me you could cook." Laurel said poking my ribs, tickling me slightly, making me laugh.
"Hey stop that, I'm ticklish!" He said in between laughs, opening her door.
"I hope you know I'm now expecting an A plus meal." Laurel said getting into her seat.
We drove for a bit and finally arrived at the hotel. We went in through the back and took an elevator to the top floor and went in.
