A Lovers Kiss

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I stood out in the middle of the open field. Angel told me that the guys would be arriving this night.
I could barely contain my glee. I haven't stopped smiling since Angel came back with the news, that they are only a week away.
I found out that when I fell into the river, it had carried so far down stream; it put me months closer to the guys.
The fact that I should have been dead, well I guess I was, but for William to be able to bring me back is a mystery in itself.
I raise the coffee I had been nursing to my lips and take a mouthful. Another strange thing, I can't get enough coffee.
Angel says my mother wasn't human unless she had about twenty cups of coffee a day. I'm not on that crazy level yet, but I do have around five cups a day.
Angel has been talking to Sean every night, when everyone else is asleep. Apparently his not telling anyone else, wanting it to be a surprise for them.
He says they are all doing good, but everyone starting to worry about Sean sanity because he wont stop smiling, and apparently there's skipping involved.
The thought of Sean skipping brings a smile to my face.
I drain the rest of my cup and head over to a near by bush. With no plumping, toilet breaks are always held behind some sort of covering. William has a sheltered toilet of to the side of the house, to be used at night, when you don't want to go trespassing around in the dark.
But the smell... that's another story.
I just lower my pants and squat, and feel a cold chill behind my back.
"Hey Jack." I say with out looking.
Jack has become my permanent toilet stalker. No matter how many times I tell him to stop perving on me in private moments, he just smiles and continues to stare.
Just because they are dead, they think personal boundaries don't apply to them anymore. Lets just say, if I wasn't comfortable with nudity before, I had to get over it fast.
"Hello Miss Aurora. How are you today?"
"Same as I was the last time you asked Jack. Which happened to be a couple of hours ago."
Jack just smiles, and I finish up fast, pulling my pants up.
I walk back out into the field and see Blue waiting for me.
"How's Jack?" she says with an evil laugh.
I shoot her an evil glare in response.
"So what you doing?" I shrug and look back over the field.
"Waiting. I can't believe they are almost here. It's almost like a dream."
"You need a distraction. I know. You should practice your shooting. You haven't done any in a while."
"And what pray tell would you have me shoot at?" There literally is nothing in sight, and I'm not practicing it on any of the animals.
Blue looks around for something to shoot at, and finally finds something as she laughs.
"That." Blue says pointing.
I look to where she is pointing, and I do a double glance at what she is pointing at.
"You want me to shoot dead people? I can't shoot dead people. Plus that's a complete waste of ammo."
"Do you even hear what's wrong with that sentence? There dead. It's not like they can feel it."
