It's been five days since Koko has been taken from us at the USJ. When we first got separated I felt the pain of her leg being broken and her warning bark echoing through the complex made me turn cold. I shivered at the memory and reached out to feel her again. 'She's getting antsy. Her leg has probably fully healed by now.' My side of our bond really irritates me sometimes. It won't let me locate her and sometimes it's hard to ignore.
Everyone has been worried about her, even Bakugo in his own way, which is crazy to all of us. Since we got back from the USJ our hero classes have basically been turned into quirk practices and mock battles. It makes sense considering all of the teachers for those classes are searching for Ko.
That's what we're doing now, mock battles. Mina and I had just finished our turn with Mr. Aizawa and are resting with the rest of the class. As I was stretching my phone frantically vibrated on the back of my hero costume. Confused, I grabbed it and opened the 'Help!!' notification, 'Coordinates?'. As soon as I clicked it, a look of panic and relief washed over Kaminari as a transmission played over and over in his ear piece.
I made him a speaker to connect his ear piece to and the looped message sent everyone into a silenced panic. 'If anyone hears this, I need your help, My name is Koko Yaoyorozu. You are the last hero I've been in contact with, please help me. My location will be sent to my sister's phone. I don't know how much time I have, please help.'
Everything after that was a blur until eventually Pro Hero Hawks landed on the roof. The moment I saw my sister's emaciated body relief washed over me, faintly drowning out the anger I felt at those who did this to her. I refused to leave her side after that, happily giving her my energy and only leaving when Ami made me go home and rest or go to class. 'If it was anyone else I would refuse and stay, but Ami is a sister too and knows how I feel.'
It was a long two days but when a crying Hagakure ran into the room it was like the storm and numbness had passed. "She's awake! YaoKoko is awake!" After that I bolted out the door, barely dodging the others, and quickly made my way to her. The only thing preventing me from getting there first was Recovery Girl stopping me to place a precautionary kiss to my forehead.
'I missed you so much sis,' was my last thought before flinging myself on her in a tight, lasting hug.
