Broken Pieces

Chapter 5

Ashley's POV
I woke up to the sound of tyler's alarm, it was so loud yet it just kept going. How the heck wasn't he waking up to this?

I get out of bed and walk to the spare bedroom. I grab a pillow that was on the floor and throw it at Tyler. He begins to rub his eyes and looks at me. "Turn that stupid alarm off, it's giving me a headache" I say. He starts feeling around in the bed trying to find his phone to then the alarm off. Finally he finds it and switches it off.

"I'm sorry Ash, but hey you had to be up the same time as me anyway so take it as a nice wake up call" I laugh
"A nice wake up call?" I say "Anyway I'm going to get some cereal you want some?"
"Yeah i'll have what you are having babe"
Did he just call me babe? I kind of like it.

Although I loved what happened yesterday and i longed for another kiss. I was confused to what me and tyler were. Are we just going to continue to be friends but kiss and act like this? I didn't want to mention anything to Tyler though incase he wasn't up for the idea of a relationship.

I go and sort the cereal out. As I'm tipping it into the bowl Tyler comes up behind me and starts kissing my neck. I start laughing and realise this is a scene we filmed near the start of pll. "So you are turning into caleb now?" I ask
"No i just wanted to kiss you" He said

We both sit down and eat our breakfast. Once we are finished we get into Tyler's car and he begins to drive us to the warner brothers studios. The good thing about work is that you could turn up in ugly clothes with no make up on and your hair a mess because they would fix it all and make you look great.

Tyler's POV
The car journey was silent so far, other then the radio on. I just enjoyed Ashley's company, i didn't need to always talk to her. We arrive at the hair and make-up trailer.

Shay was already there and kept winking and Ashley and looking at me. "Hey guys, so did you have a good night" she laughed.
"Shay nothing happened so sorry, no gossip today" I say
"You mean there wasn't even a kiss? You stayed in the same house together and just, well did nothing?"
I look towards Ashley, I wasn't sure if she wanted Shay to know about the kisses we had shared. Luckily Ashley spoke up.
"Well of course a few kisses here and there" she blushed.

Ashley got called first to have her hair and make-up done, which left Shay and I alone. I was glad about that because i had a lot of questions to ask her.

"Tyler I love you both to pieces and care about you both a lot, you clearly love each other but if you don't think things will work then say now because i don't want you to end up like strangers to each other, I can't see Ashley get hurt by another man"
"Shay I'm not like Ryan, i love Ashley and care about her so so much. She makes me happy and well the thing is; I want to be able to call her my girlfriend and show her off to the world. Do you think I should wait a while to suggest a relationship or is Ashley ready? I mean Ash must of gave you some hints to how she feels about me" I say
"Of course Ashley loves you and i think she's ready for a relationship but you need to prove to her how much you love her and that you wont be like Ryan, she has a hard time trusting men"
"I wont be anything like him, i can't do on and off relationships and get with another girl. I love Ashley she's the only one I want to be with" I tell shay
"Well ask her to be your girlfriend, what have you got to lose?" Shay smiles
"Thank you so much Shay"
"Oh and Tyler you better not be with Ashley 24/7 because I still want to see my best friend" She laughs
"Are you sure you aren't the one who wants a relationship with her?" I joke

I walk into the hair and make-up trailer and sit on the chair beside Ashley whilst my hair gets done.
