3rd person;

Sometimes, being heartless has some advantages.

Her heart ached, when she knew that it shouldn't. She remembered the look on Lalnable's face when he drew his hands out of her chest. He wore the same expression until she left.

It was a mixture of delight, hunger and regret. And her face was simply stoic. Unmoving, unchanged. As if she had seen too much of the world, and the work had seen too much of her. Tears started to fall, and she wept bitter tears of sadness. She let out all the un-shed tears she contained for her entire life.

"I am ice."She cried out, as her eyes glowed a crystal white.

"I am frost."She cried out, as pale blue snowflakes began forming around her.

"I am Snow!"She cried out, as she shrieks a final shout.

"Holy ice: nova!"

And then, with her abundance of tears... The world froze.

***

She released screams of agony. Screams of pain, suffering and torture. If only she had looked at the ground below her. It had seemed that time itself had stopped in fear of her.

The cold was unbearable for some, and death-like to others. But to her, it was just right. She is a murderer, on a rampage. An assassin gone rogue.

And she seemed to freeze along with the world. The pain she would cause... She would be be able to forgive herself. The blades of grass in the fields were all frozen, buildings bore icicles... And the people remained in their expressions. It seemed as if time had stopped, but in truth everybody would die. Their hearts would stop beating, and they would forever be encased in a layer of ice.

She crumpled and descended, though it was more like falling. She held her head in her hands and fell through the sky, her tears freezing as they were made. A pale blue glow erupted from her palm, and a frost cleaver formed in her hand. Testing the blade, a smile rugged at the corner of her lips... But no light showed in her eyes. Grey. To her, the world was grey. She had no time to ready herself for impact, for it came fast and immense. The first slam of contact throwing her conscience out of her mind. She lay in a crater, like a cast away rag doll. Her eyes remained closed, and the world started to defrost. The ice melted, the air became rich again, and she lay in her crater. Unmoving. As people started to come to, they noticed the smoking crater that seemed to appear out of thin air. On closer inspection... The eyes of people grew wide. It was the snow woman herself. Reni.

***

As the Psychopath strolled his way to the edge of the crater, his eyes showed a flicker of regret as he looked at the body lying in the centre of the pit. It had the impression of a bomb. As if a bomb had blown, scattering debris and destruction across the land. Without a word, he sprinted into the pit, an knelt next to his former lover.

And the Psycho did something he never expected to do.

He shed tears.

The drops fell onto her small form, and the insane counter part was struggling for control. Xephos slowly walked down, unsure if the other man was stable enough. The spaceman appeared at the Psycho's side.

"What is your name?"Xephos asked sternly, it was a test.

"My name is..."He struggled, keeling over, eyes flashing."My name is Duncan Lalna Lividcoffee."

Xephos smiled."Good. I'm glad to have you back, friend."

Duncan returned Xephos' smile with his own meek one."Yes. So am I."

"Is she... Gone?"The spaceman chose his words carefully.

"I don't hear anything from her heart..."Duncan grieved.

"Maybe... It's time too move on. From her."

"Maybe... But easier said than done."

***

Duncan was the last to leave the crater, and he was waiting for her to open her eyes. But she didn't. Even the scientist has his limits. As he slowly trudged back towards the castle, he thought about his life without her, and what he would do... He never knew.

***

As he arrived back he felt exhausted, tired and once again... Abandoned. He wished that he wouldn't be so lonely.

That was when a loud scream echoed through his castle, and a shadow came from the sky. Landing in his fountain, he drew his sword and cried:"Who are you?!"

Duncan realised it was a she, and she replied with a glint in her brown eyes."I am Kim Nanosounds."She paused."Can I be your apprentice?"
