Duncan;
I can see the bags underneath my eyes. I just feel... So... Tired. Like something is sucking the life energy out of me. I sigh nonchalantly and collapse on my bed. I scarcely did anything today. I ate, I drank, I slept. Or at least I tried to. Something is so draining. Yet, I toss and turn in my sheets. I haven't slept for a while. I grasp the soft mattress underneath me with my hand, and my eyes stare towards the wall. My hair is disheveled, I know that. My goggles... I think I lost them somewhere. I do have a spare, though. I keep my quantum helm near me at all times, as the pure white hair was slowly taking over. By now, I seem to have white highlights. However, it seems to have stopped. Whenever I look in the mirror, I see her.
My eyes... They're tinted with blue. I know that he's going to take over soon-all I could see around me was blood. I can smell it, feel it and taste it... The slick coat of scarlet covers my hands, and every time I sense it... I smile manically. It's turning less gruesome by the second. Actually, I find it rather beautiful. The way it blossoms over my hands, and lingers everywhere I look.
I hear a rapping on my door, and I'm sure it's Xephos, coming to take me back. I step into the courtyard, and decide to keep him out. The forcefield will not go down. I am alone, and I will forever be alone. I can withstand what they call 'solitude', but the pain it causes can damage me forever.

3rd person;
Xephos was growing tired of waiting-Lalna hadn't opened the colossal doors. He did expect it, Lalna knew that if he was taken he would be thrown into the same cell.
The spaceman shivered, lately the days have been getting colder. Yet, they were about to start summer. Xephos pushed the, somewhat ominous, thought to the back of his mind as he looked towards the frankenstein-like castle irritably. He tapped his foot in impatience and he thumbed the destruction catalyst in his pocket.
Finally losing what small amount of cool he had, Xephos grabbed the catalyst and held it in front of him. He watched the door disappear, and part of the fountain with it. He walked through the hole that he made, and mumbled a little.
As soon as Lalna heard the door being broken down, he panicked a bit. Securing his quantum helmet on his head, he scrabbled at hidden tools he could use. Being captured by the spaceman was inevitable. So he was planning to dig his way out of the cell.
Firmly strapping his goggles to his head, he walked in the vague direction of the courtyard. All he could see through his tinted goggles were blueprints of his castle, blueprints of everything. He placed his hand on stone brick for support, until he heard a familiar voice.
"Lalna!"
The scientist cringed."What is it?"
"What is it?! What is it?!?! You escaped! Poof! Like that! Lalna, you're coming with me. Discard your armour and weapons. Now."
Lalna put his portal gun, power tool and axe down, taking off all his armour apart from his goggles and head piece.
"Your helmet, Lalna."Xephos pointed out sternly.
"I... I can take it off."
"Why?"
"Because... Because..."
"Lalna, just take it off! I've had enough trouble with you already, so just do as I say!"Xephos shouted as he forcefully pulled Lalna's helmet and goggles off his head.
Lalna's expression remained emotionless as Xephos stuttered."I-uh... Wha-?"
He looked at Lalna's mass of blonde ad white hair, and the tricolour of his eyes. Green, blue and red.
The mad scientist pulled off his gloves and showed the dried blood."Do you understand why I need to wear them now?"
Xephos could only nod as he let his former friend put on his helmet and goggles. With a brief gesture of his hand, he got Lalna to follow him, all the way back to the factory. Lalna didn't change his mood at all. He said nothing. He felt nothing. When he reached his obsidian cell he went in willingly. Xephos calmed, but still treated him with caution.
That night, Xephos was sure that the temperature had dropped into the minuses.
