My Best Friend

Imagine what it's like:

To have someone by your side,

No matter the time of day,

Someone who's cares,

A lot more than they should.

I have lied,

She's very nice in every way,

I hope to know her for years,

She is my best friend.

My reason to stay,

My reason to smile,

My reason to laugh,

My reason to be happy!

Every day!

I hope to know her for a while,

And on my behalf,

I'd like to say 'thank you'

Thank you for everything,

Thanks for being by my side,

Thx for making me smile,

Thx for making me laught,

Thx for making me really happy,

Thx for not letting me down!

Just thank you for being there!

What have I done to get you?

My best friend,

A great friend,

I'm glad I have you,

And I know you know who you are!
