Ever done so much and feel like you need to take a load off? There may not be much you can do, but here is one thing you can do: Have a spa day!

Relaxation-
Deep breathe in and out at a slow pace. This slows down your heart rate and can send you into a meditation.

Facials-
I would start you off with ice and water. Ice will shrink your acne and clear your pores.

Massage:

You should have someone massage you!
