We had reached the top, after a lot of effort, and finally glided down to the bottom again. It took a lot of convincing, to Robbie, that the teenager on the ground could hold his weight, but finally he agreed and had fun 'falling', as he called it, to the ground.
"I'd like to do this again," he suggested once we were in the car. "It was very... refreshing."
"I told you you'd like it," Kelly recalled. "And I was right."
I ignored their chatter as we rode back to my place. We all got out at once, Robbie glancing in my direction before muttering a quick goodbye. Kelly and I waved to him as he made his way back to his apartment. I was actually looking forward to shopping with him. He was actually pretty funny.

"That teenager is scrawny," I protested to Sara, looking down at the small dot on the ground. "He'd be off the ground in a heartbeat if I ever let go of this wall! I'm being serious," I added after Sara and Kelly burst out into giggles.
"It's not funny!" I protested again. "Look, I'd rather climb back down then fall to my death."
"You should have thought of that earlier, silly," Kelly shot back.
I huffed out a small breath of air and then thought of something. "You go first, and I'll see if your teenagers hold true. Deal?"
"So you're willing to put us in danger to save your own life?" Kelly snorted through her nose. "That's cheap."
"Fine," I gritted my teeth. "I'll go first, and if my teenager holds true, you go. If I end up falling to my death, don't let go of the wall. Deal?"
Sara and Kelly exchanged a glance and then nodded. I hesitantly let go of the wall and started to 'fall' towards the ground, pushing my feet off the wall every now and then. I looked at Sara and Kelly, who had already started to push off the wall themselves. I felt a bit embarrassed for feeling so nervous of letting go of the wall, but then again, my life depended on that teenager holding my rope...
Finally I was on the safe ground again, and was taking off my harness when Kelly joined me. I looked up to see Sara just barely getting on the ground. I smiled at Kelly. "It was fun falling to my death," I teased.
"You weren't falling," Kelly insisted. "That teenager was just the right size for you. He held your weight very well, I thought."
By this time Sara had joined us with her harness already slipped off. I beamed at her. "Thank you for inviting me. I had a very good time."
"Your welcome."
After turning in our harnesses we followed Sara to her car. Of course Kelly got the back, and I got the front again.
"I'd like to do this again. It was very... refreshing." I didn't know if that was the word I was looking for, but it was definitely life gripping. It really didn't matter if I died here anyway... I would probably just go back to the future.
"I told you you'd like it," Kelly replied. "And I was right."
"Are you always right?" I asked her, turning in my seat to see her better.
