Reaction: Would you look at that? In my stories, these guys are in a band called 5 Seconds of Pokémon. However, in the oneshot 'Gonna Get You', they were called 'Derision' instead. Well...here's why.
According to the ever-so reliable Merriam-Webster Dictionary, derision is the feeling that people express when they criticize and laugh at someone or something in an insulting way.
Well...that's applicable to Gary, Drew and Paul, but not really to Ash. But then...fanfiction writers just love making these four guys become besties.
Points For: In the fanfictions of many Pokémon fanfic writers, they are besties for life.
Points Against: In the real Pokémon world, Ash and Gary are really friends. Paul and Ash are kinda friends. Gary and Paul have not met Drew. Ash and Drew are barely friends.
Sad, right?

I miss Misty's Psyduck so much. It was one of my favorite characters ever because of its derpiness. Other Psyduck are nothing compared to Misty's Psyduck.

And when Misty returned for a while in Hoenn, Psyduck wasn't even shown. The focus was on Togepi...so I guess it makes sense.

Oh yeah...Squirtle. Squirtle's awesome too. It doesn't need to evolve to be strong.

Points For: They're probably friends, and if Pokeshipping ever happens, they can be together if they wanted to.
Points Against: Uh...as for now they're apart. Oh yeah...and Squirtle is back with his Squirtle Squad, so even if Pokeshipping happens, there's an off chance.
Oh...and remember Spielbunk's Wigglytuff from the episode 'Lights, Camera, Quacktion!'?
That b*tchy little Wigglytuff. Newer Pokémon fans probably view Wigglytuff as a huge and hospitable balloon Pokémon. Those who've watched the first season probably know about that b*tchy Wigglytuff who seems to like Psyduck (mainly because they starred in a movie and they were a love team).
Oh yeah...and there's Harley's Wigglytuff. Ugh.
