And we know things didn't go well between these two. Paul forced Chimchar to use its full power, and of course, Chimchar wasn't too comfortable about it.

It's like forcing a car that is on empty to operate.

When...we know what Chimchar was capable of. Paul didn't give that fuel to it, so it couldn't operate properly. It's like he threw away a car just because it was on empty.

Points For: Think about it...without Paul meeting Chimchar in the first place, Chimchar wouldn't go to Ash.
