My body flew right up and I almost hit my head against the roof of the van. I didn't notice as I was too busy getting dressed again that Luke was talking to me.

"Please don't do anything stupid, Ash" He pleaded. I shook my head and opened the door, stepping out in the chilly night air and racing to my car. I was too angry and lost in my mind to think off Luke, how I left him in that van and how I'm planning on leaving without him.

You're such a horrible person. Leaving, the most likely, only human being in this world that for some strange reason can stand being around you. How do you do that? Be so stupid? Is that your 'talent'? Is that the only thing you're good at? Being stupid and leaving people and hurting people? You sure don't have any other talents.

Lies. I have music, I have a talent for music. Everyone says so.

Of course they do, they're scared of you. You scare people. Just by looking at you they get scared.

I shook my head. I applied to the music school, they said I have a good chance of getting in.

Silly. Silly, silly, silly boy. They only say that to keep you at a safe distance. Reassure you to make sure you don't come back with questions. So they can drop you without any asked.

I would have questions.

Nobody cares about you! When are you going to realize you're just a worthless, naive, annoying little piece of shit?!

I once again shook my head. I got to my car and got in, starting the engine and driving off towards the neighbourhood I knew Jake lived in. I can deal with myself later, Luke comes first. Luke always comes first.

After I arrived and asked around where Jake lived, as I didn't know an address, I stood in front of a huge, black double door. The door was a part of a big white building with three stories. On every story there were windows with black, wooden decoration beside it and some windows had stained glass that showed beautiful colours with the light shining through them. I had checked the garage and parking space and I didn't see a car, so I'm guessing, I'm hoping, Jake was home alone.
