~Michael~ (suprise suprise ^.^)
"And that class is how the formula works in this graph" my math teacher said after he finished his speech about 'How important formulas are when working with graphs'. Ughh. I hate math so much, like I could spend my time way better then learning about shizzle that I'm not even going to use in the future. Like playing games, I mean you never know when there actually is going to be a zombie Apocalypse and then it can come in handy if you know how to kill zombies. But no school thinks it's better to waste your time with learning useless stuff then learning the weaknesses of zombies in order to kill them.
The bell finally rang after my teacher started another speech about formulas, 10 minutes ago. I got up and rushed out of the class room towards the lunch line. While waiting I was looking for Luke. Once I found him I payed for my food and went to sit with him. "Hey Lukey" I said. Luke groaned. "Do you seriously have to call me that? I thought I told you that it was annoying" he whined. "I'm sorry, Lukey" I said while giving him my best innocent smile. He sighed and started picking on his food.
"Okay, what's wrong?" I asked him. He looked up from his plate and shook his head. "Nothing". "Don't bullshit me Luke, I know when something's wrong and there defiantly is something wrong" I said sternly. He just sat there, saying nothing was wrong. "When we get out of here, you're going to tell me, I don't care if I have to torture you to get it out of you, but you will tell me. Got it?" I asked, knowing he didn't like the be in the spotlights. He nodded and mumbled a small "Got it".
I've been wondering what has been bothering him all night. Ever since we got out of the tattoo shop he has been acting a bit out of his way. I mean I know he doesn't like to be the center of attention in school, but outside of school he is one of the weirdest guys I know. He hasn't done anything Luke-ish yet and that kind of bothers me.
The last bell rang and I sprinted out of class, my stuff already packed before the bell even rang. I went to my locker and grabbed my homework. I was walking towards Luke's locker, where we were supposed to meet, when I noticed that I was being followed. I turned around and saw an Asian kid pretending to be fiddling with his locker. How I know he's pretending? He is standing in front of mine. "Lost?" I asked while walking towards him. He looked up with a poker face. "No, I'm not" he said calmly. "Well, I think you are because that's my locker you're trying to open" I smirked. He looked toward his feet, probably embarrassed. "Ohh..." was all he said. "Hey, I'm meeting up with a friend, want to come with me?" I asked. He nodded and we walked to where Luke was waiting. "What took you so long?" he whispered eyeing the boy next to me. "I thought this guy here was lost since he tried opening my locker" I said while shrugging. The guy looked down again and Luke muttered an 'Ooh'
"So, where are we going?" I asked, breaking the silence. "There's a little ice cream parlor, maybe we can go there, I know the owners" the Asian guy muttered. I looked at Luke and he nodded. "Sure, let's go, who's car are we taking?" I said. Luke volunteered, so now we're walking to his car. "I never caught your name by the way" I said the Asian guy. "Ooh, I'm Calum" he said. "Nice to meet you Column, I'm Michael and this guy is Luke" I said. Luke snickered. "He said his name was Calum, not Column" he said, trying to hold in his laugh. Calum nodded and smiled at him. "Ohh, I'm sorry" I said a bit embarrassed.
"Shoot..." Calum mumbled to himself when we got in the car. "What's wrong?" Luke asked. "I was supposed to pick up my new house key from roommate, since I lost mine" Calum said. "Ooh, where were you supposed to pick it up, we can go there first if you want?" Luke offered. I agreed with him and looked at Calum. "Okay, we uhmm I'm going to get it like, now, he is works at the local tattoo shop in the town" Calum said shyly. "Ooh, that cute little building in between those offices?" I asked. Calum nodded, surprised that I knew where it is. "I got my tattoo there yesterday" Luke smiled. "Okay then, let's go!" I yelled while turning up the music.
We got out of the car once we were at the shop. "I'll go in and get it relay quick, so you don't have to come along" Calum said, already starting to walk there. "No, we'll come with you" Luke said, a small hint of excitement in his voice. Hmm... Suspicious. Calum shrugged and the three of us walked in. We were looking around the shop while Calum went to the desk, asking for his roommate. "Is Ashton available right now?" Calum asked. This caught Luke's attention and he suddenly got a bit nervous. Weird. The woman at the desk nodded and went to get Ashton. Luke and I walked up to the desk as well and started clattering about nothing while waiting for Ashton to arrive.
"Hey Cal, I got your key here and I also bought a key ring, so you don't lose it as quick as you did the last three times" Ashton said. This guy looks familiar. Wait! Didn't he tattoo Luke yesterday? I asked Luke in a whisper and he nodded his head, not taking his eyes off of Ashton. "Thanks Ash, and for the key ring as well. I'm going out with a couple friends, I don't know when I'll be back, okay?" Calum said. That's when Ashton looked at us and his face lit up recognizing who we were. "Hey, I tattooed you yesterday, didn't I?" he asked. Luke nodded while looking at his feet. "Yeah, you did a great job yesterday, it really turned out good" I complimented him. He thanked me and said goodbye to Calum.
We decided not to go to the ice cream parlor any more since it's 4 pm already and Luke had to be home by 4.30. "Welcome to my not so impressive home" Luke said while opening the door. "Hey mum!" he yelled. "Hey hun" his mum answered while walking in the hallway. "I brought over some friends, is that okay?" he asked. His mum, Liz, nodded and gave us a loving smile. "Do you want to stay for dinner? I'm just about to start." she asked. "Yeah, sure, I'll stay. Thank you" I said. "I can't unfortunately, I'm going out with my roommate for dinner" Calum said. "That's okay, hun, I hope you'll have a great time" Liz smiled and went back to the kitchen.
"Let's go upstairs to my room, okay? What time do you have to leave Calum?" Luke said. "We're meeting up at 5.30 so, I'll have to leave at 5." Calum said. "Okay, then we still have 30 minutes to spend" I smiled while following Luke upstairs. When we got to his room, Luke and I sat on his bed while Calum sat on his desk chair. (A/N: Don't know if it's actually a word, but in Dutch it is soo yeahh...) "What are we going to do?" Luke asked. "What about 20 questions? That way we can get to know each other" I suggested. Everyone agreed and so we started our interrogation on each other.
Okay this sucked, I know. I dedicated this chapter to livinginstyles because of the tips she gave me. (I hope I did it right :)) I'm not going to change the time it took for Luke's tattoo though, because then I have to re write the whole thing and I'm too lazy to do that :P Anyways, I hope you liked it, it was kind of boring, but you know, I have to work up to the plot. Thank you for all the votes and comments I already got, never thought anyone would actually want to read this... If you have any tips for me, please let me know, so I can improve my writing. Geez, I'm not good at keeping these things short... Sowwy.. :(
Love you, XoXo. JustMoon ^.^
