Knock knock

Natsu's POV

Levy had a very tight grip on my wrist tighter than Lucy's that's for sure. I can't help but smile though. Luce has hid her face behind that amazingly long hair of hers. Damn what has this girl done to me and we've only spoken like four times. I couldn't help it though. Especially since Gray pointed out that I happen to keep tabs on the girl at all times which I hate to admit is true.

"Okay I'm leaving you two here for like ten minutes do not do anything dumb... Okay?"
That sounded more of a question than a request. I nodded and Lucy saluted her.
"Aye captain!"

I laughed at her sarcasm. When Levy booked it I scooted closer to Lucy. She shivered and inched away ever so slightly.

"Huh do I make you feel uncomfortable Luucy?" She blushes and ducks under her hair again which drives me nuts. I gently as not to startle her tuck the loose strains behind her ear which to my happiness earned me a glance from her. God those eyes are going to drive me insane man.

"N...n..n.no. I just Uhm... Well I don't know." She gives up on words which makes me smile. Cute girl stop controlling me please! I scream in my head.

"So afraid of the Levy wrath yet? I'm not she might look fierce but her barks worse than her bite promise."

I got a laugh that time, man such a sweet sound. Oh my god! What's wrong with me! Get it together dude for really she just a pretty face! Right? I fight with my brain to be disrubted by an ahchoo!

Lucy's shivers than holds her arms tight around her. I notice her shirt and yoga pants combo doesn't do well in this chilly weather. It was late August after all which ment I'd be eighteen soon.

"Here." I take off my light jacket handing it to her, she just gwakes at me confused.

"What never borrowed a jacket before?" She shakes her head no taking it slowly.

"Not from a guy anyways."

"Luce you're a beautiful girl. How the hell have you literally no experience with guys?"

I need her to answer this question. I had to know. She slid my jacket on, which made her look even more adorable because it was too big.

"Natsu if I tell you this will you stop giving me that crazy look right now?"

I nodded not even realizing that I had a look at all. Stupid face. She sighed.

"My dad. And no before you think it he doesn't have a problem with me dating. It's....well...the way I've seen him treat women. He's so rude and controlling, bossy, and doesnt care what they want or how they feel.I don't want to be with a guy like that. Not saying you're all the same.. just... Scared I guess."

I nod in understanding.

"I promise I'll show you not all men are like that Lucy."

"Yeah, sure. Whatever you say Natsu."

Before I can respond I'm pulled up by my shirt and carried off by Gray, who says he can hold his breath under water longer than me. Losing Lucy for the rest of the night.

*****TIME SKIP*****

Lucy's POV

I woke up in my bed that Saturday. Remembering the night before and my almost kiss causing me to blush. When I hear a knock on my door. Oh god if its another party I'm not going. As I answer the door in my wore out T-shirt and shorts I see an absolutely sexy boy by the name of Natsu grinning at me.

"N..Natsu! What are you doing here!?"
He smirks and gestures with his hands to come in. I nod and he sits at my tiny kitchen table. Looking around.
"Luce your dorm looks like Levy's. All the books and stuff. Cute pj's by the way"

I smile ignoring his pj comment. Yup I love books. And random people showing up at my place apparently.

"Sooooo.." Ibtry to speak than I'm cut off.

"Wanna get some breakfast or something? I mean or just coffee which ever."

"Coffee?" You are hungry Lucy, after not eating dinner last night plus what's an outing with Natsu going to cost you anyways. He did kinda just show up though. Plus we talk a lot a school. Even if he just so happens to show up every where I am. And almost kissed me! That last thought made me blush.

"Geez Luce. Stop blushing its too damn cute and I can't stand it. I'm buying. If you wanna go."

"Okay! Ahh let me change first."

"It's a date than." He called after me. Earning a tomato color from myself.

The coffee shop was small but quaint, with its cute little log theme decor and outdoor feel. The muffin I ordered tasted amazing. Even though we just got here Natsu ordered a muffin too scarfed it down and than ordered like half the menu before we got to even sit down.

"So Uhm. Here we are." Ibsay sarcastically, he laughs. Than looks at me seriously.

"Can I ask a question Lucy?"

I shake me head yes biting into my giant muffin.

"OK here goes. I Uhm... Well. Like you, a lot. I know we just met but there's something about you and I can't put my finger on it yet. But! I well... I.. I Uhm.. Want a chance to prove not all guys are scum if you'll allow me..."

I almost spit my hot coffee all over me and him. He laughs so loud he turns a few heads our way.

"I'm not saying boyfriend and girlfriend... yet.." The last part he whispers. "But I would like to show you a good time in all innocent fun of course if you'll let me?"

I still can't answer him so he continues on.

"Like I can show around and we can go to the movies, shopping, I can show you skate boarding if you'd like and where all the cool places I've found around here are. Just pure fun. What do you say Luce?"

Natsu waits patiently for my answer when his food arrives he eats quitely glancing my way every now and again. I chew on my lip while thinking. I weigh my pros and cons. He's totally hot but I don't know him. Than he's really sweet but still don't know him, plus he's really nice and you don't know him Lucy. Just as I'm about to answer he gives me puppy dog eyes. And I just can't say no.

"Fine! But. Under one condition. You can't kiss me with out my permission first! No matter what you want and no making fun of me anymore. Okay?"
"Deal." He replies looking like a complete fool smiling ear to ear. Ugh stupid, noisy, dumb Boys!

Alright well shippers things are going to speed way up now I'm going to do some time skipping and start adding all the other ships in now. So try to keep up till u get where I need to be in the story. Thank you as always for reading I hope you're liking it so far! Bye for now!!!
