Hidden princess

Old Flames.

...Natsu's POV...

I jumped in surprise startled by everyone. It took me a minute to catch my breath and take in my surroundings. We were at Levy's house. I'd only been here a few times. I grabbed luce and hugged her tight.

"Thanks luce this is awesome."
I smiled. Than turned to everybody else.
"Hey guy! Thanks for the surprise. Even if it gave me a heart attack. "

She smiled than grabbed my wrist dragging me inside. I was shocked the whole room was decorated in dragons from the table stuff all the way to the ceiling. A party hat was placed on my head it was a castle with a dragon breathing flames. They sang happy birthday cut cake and I opened presents. I loved Lucy's most though. Afterwards we moved out back where the pool was. I threw several people in including luce. Which she didn't appreciate, but shrugged it off anyways. Of course me and Gray were shooting flames and ice every where. Making all the girls get out and hang out on the deck. After a few hours I sat by luce ready to catch my breath.

"Thanks luce this was the best birthday ever."

"You're welcome Natsu. Of course you made it very hard to do. What all with your whining and getting mad at me. I am sorry I had to kick you out for a bit though." She sighed and took off her sun glasses to look at me.
"But my house was holding all this stuff. Couldn't hide it with you living with me it wouldn't of been a very good surprise. If I would've known you'd get so upset I would of put it all some where else."

I smiled and hugged her earning an adorable blush I'd missed so much.
"Thanks you Lucy you're awesome. What would I do with out you."
I than placed a kiss on her cheek. Of course that made her red from head to toe making me laugh.

Time skip * * * * * * * *

Lucy's POV...

I was busy laying in the dieing rays of the sun. Watching everyone still running around and playing in the pool. I was pooped though, no longer able to exert anymore energy for the moment. I was about asleep when I heard a loud crash and a few screams coming from the front. I got up along with several others and ran for the front. There in the yard was Natsu's birthday sign on fire. I started to panic looking for water until Gray put it out with ice. We were all looking at each other wondering what the hell was going on. Until someone cleared their throat causing us to look towards the driveway. There stood Lisanna with a guy that I couldn't remember the name of.

"Happy birthday Natsu! So nice to see you on this amazing day of activities. But wait! I seem to have lost my invitation in the mail or something because seems I wasn't invited."

She exclaimed. I glared at the party crasher. In fact I was going to invite her but Levy had told me that was a bad idea so I didn't.

"You need to leave my house right now. And take Bickslow with you as well please." Levy spoke up anger clearly eminent in her voice. I stood beside her backing up her every word. Gajeel also came up and put his hand on her shoulder for added measure.
Lisanna merely giggled. Not taking it serious.

Tsk. Tsk. "That's doesn't seem fair we wanna have fun too. Right sweetie?"

Bickslow nodded his head grinning eerily. I stepped back a little when she started to glow. After a bright flash Lisanna's form was taking place by a large creature one I'd never seen before. She growled causing me and Levy to jump back. The creature threw it's head in our direction Bickslow nodded and his little puppets started bombing us as she gave off what sounded like an evil laugh while we were all panicking. Everyone was running around screaming and ducking out of the way. Where was Natsu. I looked around searching for the fire breather. Until I saw Lisanna running full force at me. I closed my eyes ready for the impact. A very hard object collided with me throwing me into the air I opened my eyes and screamed before I was thrown into a tree and crashed to the ground.

Everything went black after that I faded in and out hearing screams and the smell of blood was present making my nose sting. I tried to move than black again. The last thing I remembered was hearing a very distinct voice yelling my name it was Natsu. Than complete darkness.
